Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have the entire property to yourselves, including four private bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully functional kitchen with a dining space. You are free to use the laundry facilities and enjoy the peaceful outdoor garden and patio. We provide a private entrance and garage parking for your exclusive use. All areas of the home are designed for your comfort, providing a home away from home experience with full access to all amenities listed for your group or family.

-Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

-Please notify us in advance if you expect a late arrival or an early departure.

-Unauthorised late check-out: £100 per hour (or part thereof).

-A valid photo ID must be submitted through our approved third-party verification provider before check-in.

-A refundable £400 security deposit or a non-refundable £107 damage waiver is required before your stay. This will be collected securely via 3rd Party or the Airbnb Resolution Centre, where applicable.

-Any damage or additional costs exceeding the security deposit remain the guest's responsibility.

-Always lock the property when leaving.

-Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, CCTV, or any other safety or security devices.

-The property must only be used for lawful purposes.

-Firearms, explosives, fireworks, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

-Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
