Suite magnifique au Napa Resort

Emplacement privilégié! La suite est juste à côté du green 2 du tournoi PGA. Magnifique appartement avec lit confortable dans le Silverado Resort exclusif. Il est idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville de Napa, des restaurants et des établissements vinicoles.
Ma place est proche des grands établissements vinicoles, des activités pour toute la famille, des restaurants et des restaurants. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

L'espace

Situé au coeur de la Napa Valley au Silverado Resort, ce bel appartement peut accueillir confortablement 2 personnes. Il a une entrée privée et est situé au 1er étage. Vous pouvez profiter de nombreux équipements tels que: piscine, bain à remous, restaurant et un très joli dépanneur proposant les meilleures pâtisseries en ville de Bouchon et Model Bakery. Cependant, le terrain de golf (pas de practice), les courts de tennis, le fitness et la piscine principale du country club ne sont pas ouverts aux clients (uniquement aux membres du country club).
Vous trouverez un lit king size confortable avec un matelas à mémoire haut de gamme. Vous trouverez un grand téléviseur (dernière génération) avec des chaînes internationales. La suite est équipée de la climatisation et d'un radiateur. Il y a un patio privé où vous pourrez déguster un délicieux vin de Napa.
Il y a beaucoup de rangement qui sera plus que bienvenu en cas de long séjour! Vous trouverez un réfrigérateur et une machine à café à capsules pour profiter de votre café / thé du matin (pas de cuisine complète disponible dans la suite).

Dans le Silverado Resort, il y a une piscine; il est très proche de la suite accessible aux clients. Les installations du Silverado sont à une courte distance de marche et comprennent le Mansion House principal avec des restaurants de bar à l'intérieur et de terrasse, et le dernier ajout du restaurant Ad Lib de Thomas Keller.
Le restaurant-bar-grill et le magasin Pro sont ouverts au public dans le bâtiment attenant. Le spa de Silverado est situé de l'autre côté de la rue et est également ouvert au public. Tous sont à distance de marche de la suite. Les équipements qui ne sont pas inclus sont le terrain de golf et les courts de tennis.
Cet appartement est absolument magnifique. il ravira les esthètes et autres amoureux du Beau! Le style minimaliste de ce lieu est ponctué de touches de couleur le rendant plus chaleureux et plus accueillant. Idéal pour un couple, confortable, spacieux et parfaitement situé au coeur de la Napa, ce beau pied-à-terre a tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter!

Small but nice place to crash in Napa

This is a small studio, really a lockout bedroom. It is great as a place to crash at night after spending a day and evening experiencing Napa. Do not even contemplate more than two people. Minimal floor space, but has everything you need to sleep and get ready to go out.

The property is fine, but this was a hotel room. We had a small fridge and microwave. Not available to cook in house. The laundry was a wash room away from the unit. Communication with management was good, no issues.

Good location but

Nice that it was close to downtown and wineries. The room itself was just okay. Could hear neighbors pretty easily, bathroom was not clean and water in sink had an odd smell. This is out of owners control but Silverado resort seemed understaffed and service was slow. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

way to much $$$ for a bed & bathroom

i arrived a little after 3;00pm, the code that was emailed to me didn't work, when i called to tell my problem i got a recording, approx 30 min later i recieved the correct cod3e, when i went inside there was a bed tv micro and a small fridge, a small bathroom, the heater/air conditioner did not work, the closes parking was 2 blocks away...i would not recomend to anyone

Poorly maintained and Not Clean

This property is poorly maintained (peeling interior paint, scuffed walks and baseboards.) It’s a small suite attached to another condo with a mini fridge and small microwave, not a studio. I found it in extremely dirty condition (torn pillowcases, dirty sheets, towels, bed skirting, sink, toilet and wet recently used bathmat) I reported these issues immediately and requested a refund so that I could find another place to stay. Check in is after 4pm and I was coming in from the east coast. I was very tired and really didn’t want to wait hours for the same cleaners to come to try remedy a very dirty room that was not described properly. I was promised a refund. The following day I received an email accusing me of creating the issues that I reported and rescinding of my refund. This is a bad property with even worse property management.

Small and dated

This room is in a distal section of the beautiful Silverado resort where I have stayed before. Con’s: towels were tiny, I don’t believe the owners stock the place with shampoo, soap etc. though I’m guessing previous had left some behind, they were mismatched bottles of drugstore product. Finding parking on the 1 weekend day we stayed was challenging but it was fine on the weekdays. There was only 1 tiny bathroom trash can, se we had to repeatedly take out the garbage. Biggest con is that the pool that is directly across the street, though large and rarely used was not available. Another pool, still on property but half a mile away was for this condos use, but it was so dirty I could not get in. Pro’s: the resort amenities, the adorable Nespresso, and the fenced in patio for use of this condo only. The room was clean and checkin was easy.

False Advertising

When you filter for a 1 bedroom with kitchen this property comes up. This is a hotel room (not a one bedroom). There is NO kitchen as noted in the criteria - it has a hotel fridge and a coffee cup microwave and a Nespresso. There isn’t any space to set anything except on one of the two small chairs. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud (broken) and the shower faucet wouldn’t turn all the way so the water was barely hot enough. The square footage seems innacurate as well. There is a shower over tub and toilet. The vanity is in the bedroom (think hotel). This is probably 200 sf at best. When you get the check in info, they send you about 20 screens of useless text about Napa (how about a link?). Worst stay ever. What a disappointment. Plus they wanted to allow me check in at 2pm for an extra 100 and late check out (one hr) for 100. Suffice it to say, we didn’t even stay the last night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Oh…notice one interior pic which makes it look like a bedroom. Heres a picture of the fridge. Also, the sheets didn’t fit the bed. I reached out to the property manager and requested a refund and he responded they only give refunds during your stay. Crazy.

The property is clean but needs a little work. Carpet is coming up at the transition, sink stopper is missing, and there is no regular TV. Bed was very comfortable and parking, checking in and out was easy.

The Unit was adequate.,Basically a small hotel room. Our main dissatisfaction was the miss understanding that the patio overlooked the 2nd hole of the North Course. It in fact has a lovely view of the back wall of the carport. Our lack of asking the right questions is to blame. I feel there was no intention to mislead us. Location was perfect for our purpose. The room was tight but comfortable. A blackout curtain would be a nice addition as the carport / walkway lighting makes the room quite bright all night long. James the Property MGR. Did a stellar job and was VERY responsive.

When we arrived there was no heat. Called Kate. She was 90 min away and told us to use a space heater that was in closet. Heater never worked so assume she never came. Sink was stopped up and slow drain. Carpet was dirty. Was not advertised as a “lock out “ unit. So very small

Hi Clare, thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify on the issues you mentioned. 1 - Yes, each unit has a central heater with a thermostat you can control in the room. It needs to be controlled by the remote we provide. I am glad that my local property manager could explain you on site how to use it. 2 - We checked the unit and the plumbing works perfectly. 3 - We inspected the carpet and didn't notice any stain. The cleaning team I hire is highly trained with 5 stars resort. I wish you had contacted us before you checked out to address any cleaning issue you noticed.
