1. Amenities include a King size bed, full sized sleeper-sofa, two (2) smart TVs, Keurig coffee bar, and multiple wireless charging stations.
2. Guests have access to the Grill Restaurant, Silverado Market & Bakery, The Mansion Terrace, Forno Pizza, and The Boost Spa Cafe
3. Guests can book spa treatments and purchase gym passes at the Silverado Resort Spa
4. Guests can rent bikes at the self-serve kiosk in the parking lot
5. Guests can use Tesla/hybrid charging stations in the nearby parking lot
6. Guests can use the condominium (HOA) pool. This is separate from the Resort pool.
7. Guests can use the onsite laundry facilities and ice machine
8. The golf and tennis courts are only available to country club members, friends/family of members, or after booking lessons from the onsite pros.

This condo is rented outside the Silverado Resort, so any issues pertaining to the unit itself should be reported immediately to Erin. The Resort cannot assist you with any issues related to entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly.

The property is not "child proof", so guests traveling with toddlers and young children must keep a close eye on them as there are multiple hazards to be aware of: loose knives in the kitchen drawers, chemicals and dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink, no cabinet locks, no outlet covers, and nightstands and corner tables with glass tops that can be removed.
- Violation of house rules may incur additional fees
- Additional overnight guests above two and/or what is noted on the reservation may trigger additional fees
- Please do not remove any contents from the condo
- Patio umbrella must be lowered + closed and patio furniture covered after each use.
-Late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional charges
- No smoking allowed at the Silverado Resort, which includes inside of the condo and the patio
- No children under 12 years of age
- No pets
