One of the apartment’s biggest advantages is its central location. The main children’s play park is directly opposite, making it ideal for easy family fun and outdoor play.



The beach, restaurants, cafés, train station, shops and even the local hospital are all within easy walking distance, so everything you need is right on your doorstep.



Dawlish itself is a charming traditional seaside town, famous for its sandy beach, black swans and relaxed atmosphere. The seafront is perfect for long walks, ice creams and family beach days, while the nearby brook and gardens provide a lovely spot to sit and watch the famous swans glide past.



The scenic South West Coast Path runs through Dawlish, offering spectacular walks along the coastline towards Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and beyond. Dawlish Warren is especially popular for its long sandy beach, nature reserve and family amusements.

For those who drive, the property has private parking for 1 vehicle on the driveway. However, Dawlish is also very convenient to explore on foot or via bicycle. The train station is only a 10 minute walk and connects to major cities like Bristol and London via Exeter.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome with a maximum of 2. It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and not left in the property unattended.



Please note, the fireplace in the living room is just decorative and has been decommissioned.
