The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The house has 4 unique double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area\diner and games room complete with pool table. The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.

A very quirky house with lots to see! Four lovely bedrooms. The pool table was great and used every day. The kitchen had everything we could need.Our only niggle was that although its a house to fit up to 8 people there are only six dining chairs, and only six outdoor chairs. I also think that the crockery, cutlery and glasses are a bit random with no set of 8 of anything, or even 6! An easy fix though and not a complaint just a viewpoint Ideal for a visit to the area and a short walk to the beach and town centre

Beautiful property in a quiet but convenient location. 4 adults on a mini break who had a lot of fun playing pool. The house is fascinating as there are lots of interesting film related things to see from the hosts collection over the years. Very beautifully decorated. The property is advertised as pet friendly but unfortunately the garden isn’t secure as our friend’s dog managed to get out of the garden which leads into a road. We had to resort to buying a long length of rope to keep him secure so that he could stay outside with us. Other than that we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great space for 6 adults one baby and one dog. Chris always responded to our queries in a timely fashion. We had three cars so had to park one down the road a bit. One on the drive and one in a space by the garden wall. Very good location for getting into town. It’s uphill from the station so works the legs a bit. Lovely outside space at the front with table and six chairs.

Photos of property are accurate, well decorated, well appointed with all the things you need. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers so the games room with pool table and games console was well received. Close enough to walk into town though the walk back up the hill home did feel like a gym work out! Small gripe, beds very soft which was not my preference though didn't detract from the stay. Overall a lovely house with all you need to make a family stay great. Great location, overall I'd rate it at 4.6 out of 5

The house was ideally located for getting to the beach and train station. The decor is great with lots of framed film and music posters. The pool table was good for family fun with everything being clean and well equipped.

Immaculately clean and spacious house. Excellent location close to the centre and great communication with the host. So smooth and easy it made it a wonderful holiday with no stress at all. There's a lovely outside patio where we spent a lot of time as the weather was nice. We were in Teignmouth for the live music at Pride weekend (which was excellent and would thoroughly recommend to everyone, it's a fabulous community event) but it meant we didn't spend that much time actually in the house but it was lovely and spacious. Fabulous showers which is a key one for us. The kids in our party and my partner loved the quirky posters and memorabilia around the house and thought it was incredibly cool. It's mentioned in other reviews and on the posting that although it's only about an 8 minute walk from the town centre it is up quite a long, steep hill and as we were with my 80 year old mum she couldn't walk it but with Ubers and taxis we never had to wait long and it was about 8 to get back. The only other thing to be aware of, if you're not a confident driver the gateway to the property is pretty tight and on the bend of a hill so took a bit of maneuvering. As there was 7 of us we had 2 cars but parking on the road was a bit challenging as we were mindful not to park on the road across from the house opposite as access for them would be difficult but there were few other spaces (both drivers got told off for where we parked even though there were no restrictions)

A beautiful home! Spacious and with everything a family needs. The house is a wonderful size and in a quiet area but still close to the town and beach. The games room was well used by the children!

Had the most amazing stay at this very unique property. The location is perfect, walking distance to town and beach. The decor was quirky and unique. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen and living areas great and well stocked. Highly recommended!

A great base for the south west path

This was a great house for four middle aged walking gents to stay. The house is immaculate and just as described. Four spacious double bedrooms two of which are en suite. The pool table was very good to have.

Lovely Family Break

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to town centre and beach. The decor is quirky and there is always something new to see in the art work/posters. The property is very clean, comfy and well equipped. We all loved the games room especially the pool table. The parking area is a little tight but we managed to park our VW Transporter in the space. Would definitely recommend!

We grandparents and our daughters family stayed in the property with joy...Everything was very good and comfortable...We loved decorations of the house, we love film posters, status and the kitchen and utilities... We highly recommend it....

Gorgeous property

Amazing property, lovely size and location. Absolutely ideal for our party of 7 plus a dog. Kids (and adults) loved the games room. The decor is absolutely amazing. Could’ve done with a bit more info about shared drive, recycling, wifi, etc but didn’t affect the stay at all. Would definitely return

Good family time in Teignmouth

Good comms beforehand throughout. Property was in very good order and we enjoyed both the facilities and our time there. Quirky top order decoration. Sadly one of our party couldn’t come due to illness. We agreed we’ll come another time all together for sure.
