Walked in and it smelled like ciggerettes. There was one set of bath towels and they were dirty. The bed sheets were dirty. I found mold on the lamp and along the windows. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I find it hard to believe there are so many 10/10 ratings for this place on Expedia.

It was basically a Motel 6. We booked on VRBO. The description said “1 bedroom apt” deceptive. We got there around 1 am and were on the 3rd floor. Our room had the window wide open with no screen. The ENTIRE place REEKED of weed. There was no toilet paper in the room or a tv remote! We booked 2 nights and only stayed 1, it was so bad! The environment felt very unsafe.

I have booked many trips through Expedia and have had great experiences. However, this last booking really makes me question their vetting process. I went to the establishment managed by a company named Belvilla in Lansing Michigan to attend parent’s weekend at my daughter’s university. Our room was filthy. The floors were sticky, the bedding stained, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The deadbolt on the door was completely missing. The room was in such a state that my wife and I decided it was better to go sleep on our daughter’s floor than to risk those sheets. When I went to the front desk to tell them we would be leaving the staff indicated that we would need to address the issue with Expedia. Again, I have never had an issue with any trip we have arranged through Expedia, but this experience has really shaken my confidence.

Points faibles : Propreté, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The listing is deceiving! I bedroom apartment….no it’s a motel! Literally! No smoking yet we were on the 3rd floor and our room REEKED of weed!!! The window in our room was wide open with no screen when we got there. It felt very unsafe! No toilet paper in the room, no tv remote. It was a brand new room. We stayed 1 night of the 2 we booked as, again, it felt unsafe! And the listing was completely deceptive! The bed was slanted to where our heads were lower than our feet. It was just not something I would pay for!
