Our stay was very nice. Kitchen nice and big as well as the shower. Our stay got cut short due to a family emergency, but the owner was understanding and accommodating. I would stay here again!

Great stay!

David’s cottage was perfect! It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location. Communication with David was easy and pleasant. He left clear instructions for check in and check out and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was good. They even got a new grill while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing but great things to say.

Incredibly warm and welcoming

We showed up to the house fully ready to receive- warm, well-lit, super cozy! It was a wonderful and comfortable stay without any significant problems in a quiet little area. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample extras. This stay surpassed my expectations and I look forward to returning!

My friend and I were in town because of a tragic situation. This property was excellent, and David made the whole process very smooth and very easy. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around. David is also very nice and kind. Highly recommend this place in Lansing.

Construction was ongoing, but the house was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Sleep well. The Host David is super nice, he offer his garden tomatoes. It was so good. Feel like whent to grand ma’s house. Definitely coming back!! Thank you so much!

Cute Cottage Close to MSU

Nicely appointed and newly renovated cottage conveniently close to MSU/Lansing and East Lansing. We were attending my son college graduation and found this little gem. The kitchen was well laid out and had new appliances. The two bedrooms were cozy and even had flat screen televisions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and don’t want the high price hotel option available during game days and graduation events. We would stay there again

Super Clean Home

Fabulous little home that was very clean and well appointed! Lots of coffee pods, bathroom supplies, plenty of towels, etc! David has thought of everything! Check in was super easy and communication was quick and supportive. A very comfortable cozy place! Would stay here again if we require lodging in Lansing! :)

Fantastic spot

From the initial drive into the driveway where the MSU flag was hanging we were sold! This house could not have been more perfect for our first visit to see our freshman at MSU. David was incredibly responsive and answered my question immediately. We will absolutely stay here again.
