Détendez-vous au son des vagues de l'océan et admirez les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis votre terrasse! Venez apaiser votre âme au cœur de la Riviera Maya! Emplacement de premier ordre, situé à seulement quelques pas de l'Omni Hotel and Beach Bar. Situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de la magnifique baie de Fatima. Commandez au Omni Beach Bar et ils vous livreront des boissons ou de la nourriture directement sur la plage à l'extérieur du condo. Condo premium au deuxième étage dans une communauté fermée sur une baie calme et protégée idéale pour la baignade, le kayak, le paddle board, la plongée en apnée fantastique et la plongée sur le deuxième plus grand récif du monde. Puerto Aventuras est également considéré comme le centre de la pêche sportive.

Les serviettes de plage et l'eau en bouteille sont fournies, la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des casseroles et des poêles, une cafetière, un mélangeur, un grille-pain, un micro-ondes et une cuisinière à 4 brûleurs. Le lit est un oreiller king size super confortable. Une télévision à écran plat est fournie avec le câble satellite. Deux piscines côté océan, une plage privée, des palapas en herbe et des chaises de plage sont fournis à l'usage exclusif des clients.

La ville est moderne, propre et bien entretenue. Il y a de nombreux restaurants en plein air (beaucoup avec de la musique live), des magasins, des dauphins, des lamantins et le seul port de plaisance de la Riviera Maya. Profitez du parcours de golf local ou des nombreux autres parcours 5 * de la région, y compris le site de la Mayakoba PGA Classic annuelle. Pas besoin de louer une voiture car le cœur du village se trouve à moins d'un pâté de maisons! Accès facile à la ville romantique de Tulum, aux anciennes ruines mayas et à l'excitation de Playa del Carmen.

The apartment have everything we needed and the location, view and the walkability to EVERYTHING in the village made it an outstanding vavation! Our hostess was amazing from the moment we looked online and asked MANY questions, to meeting us and getting to know us while at the beach! I highly recommend this and will be staying here again!!!

Linda was a wonderful host. She was great at communicating and making sure we had anything and everything we needed. The unit was amazing, the view is breathtaking, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. The beach was amazing and the people were all so nice.

Linda is wonderful host and condo/resort fully met all expectations. The view from unit is spectacular and the quiet, tranquil beach provided a truly relaxing vacation not found in other beach front resorts. The resort and surrounding community provided a safe and secure experience.

Perfect view of paradise

Linda is a wonderful host. The condo has a wonderful view and it's just down the stairs to the beach. Also, a pleasant surprise is how close it is to the shopping and restaurant area. I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing vacation and condo

We had an amazing getaway and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo. Had everything we could ask for. Host was amazing and was a pleasure to visit with. Local town made us feel extremely safe and had some wonderful restaurants. Hopefully look forward to coming back!

We had such a wonderful stay on the beach. Linda's condo was clean and had everything we needed. Because it is a gated community, we were able to sit on the beach at night. It was such a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and Convenient

This was our 2nd time staying here and we were just as pleased as the first. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Heaven on Earth

We just left this beautiful condo. The minute we walked in we were all mesmerized by the condo itself and the magical view. The space was perfect for our family if 3. The extra large king in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The views!! From the front windows it was like a postcard. Looking at the palm trees and turquoise waters was surreal. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The host is kind and always available to answer our questions..

The condo is ideally located in Puerto Adventuras, on the beach with amazing views and within walking distance to most places. Linda is an amazing host and the place is well equipped and comfortable. There were even treats and some cervaza when we arrived. Look forward to staying there next January.

Relaxing Beach Oasis

Linda is such a wonderful host. She communicated well in advance of our trip and put us in touch with a driver for getting to and from the airport as well as awesome massage therapists. We felt well taken care of! The view from the unit is stunning and you are steps away from the beach. We loved our stay!

Absolute Paradise!

The second we walked into the room, it was fantastic! The whole place was decorated in beach decor and the breeze was wonderful. There was a welcome basket that was a really nice treat including fresh fruit and snacks. We had the best nights sleep as well. We will definitely be back!!

What a great place

We had an amazing time at Linda's condo! Our kids were playing at the beach and I could hear and see them from the window. The beach was perfect! Linda was very responsive. We will have to comeback!

Perfect Stay!

The view was better in person if that can be possible. The beach clean and quiet. The unit stocked with all the essentials. Pull out couch in livingroom very comfortable and the location is amazing! Easy 1 minute walk to restaurants, stores and shops. Linda definitely went above and beyond with our stay.

Very accommodating owner and great location

We had a great vacation despite some rain. The unit and location is great and Linda was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Snorkeling trips were great. We had some minor issues with the directions to the stove and the bedroom AC unit operating easily, but overall we would highly recommend Linda and her place.

Thank you Greg for the feedback. There were extra batteries in the drawer for the A/C. Glad you told me that's all it was. I appreciate you letting me know. The stove worked fine once you were able to locate the directions. Glad these were all easy fixes and you enjoyed your stay. Also, thanks for the information on the snorkel trips I will pass it along to other guests. Stay warm and safe.
