What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation". Fine, I had that. "This property accepts credit cards and cash" "Cashless transactions are available". At the request of Vrbo I took photos, the manager came out screaming for me to stop, proclaiming what I was doing was illegal. I suggested he call the police, I would have been happy to have talked with them. He proceeded to leave the office, not answering the multiple phone calls from Vrbo. I was on with them for 50 mins trying to get a resolution and book another hotel. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Not to mention being told he did not know if he had a suitable room for me, apparently the only room did not have all the books amenities.
