Mignonne cabane au bord du lac Duck Lake, l'un des meilleurs lacs de pĂȘche du Montana pour la truite arc-en-ciel. SituĂ© Ă  environ 31 miles au nord de Browning, Ă  9 miles au NE de St. Mary, Ă  moins de 20 kilomĂštres de la frontiĂšre canadienne, Ă  quelques minutes de deux entrĂ©es majeures du parc national des Glaciers. St. Mary offre l'accĂšs Ă  Sun Road, Logan Pass. Babb est l'entrĂ©e de Many Glacier, l'entrĂ©e la plus au nord du parc national des Glaciers. Nous sommes idĂ©alement situĂ©s Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'entrĂ©e du parc international de la paix de Waterton et de la station-frontiĂšre de Caraway, en Alberta, au Canada.

This place was amazing! The pictures in VRBO doesn't do it justice! We stayed 3 nights and loved it! Close to Many Glacier and St. mary's. A very friendly dog named Shelby came and hung out with us for awhile. I would highly recommend this place! Owner was great to communicate with.

The cottage was everything we hoped it would be - clean, great views of lake and mountains, and easy access to the park! I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. Literally nothing we looked for that wasn't there. Great to have wifi, TV and DVDs for staying connected and evening entertainment. Also appreciate not having to buy bear or bug spray as there's plenty there. Such a peaceful place as well as comfortable and spotless. Val responded quickly throughout the booking process and made helpful suggestions. Yes, the road in is crazy but just go very slow and navigate around the holes. It wouldn't keep me from booking again as this place is fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All beds were very comfortable, plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathroom, very clean, and we felt safe in the area. Gorgeous views and very very conveniently located to the best hikes in glacier. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The cabin was very well stocked and right on the lake. It had a little pier out back, where we sat to soak our feet after a long hike in the park. The view from the kitchen table window is wonderful. The host went above and beyond looking up fishing information for us. The gravel roads to get to the cabin are rough, as stated ahead of time by the host. Good location with respect to Canada and Glacier National Park.

The property was perfect for our trip to Glacier National Park. Location was close to park entrances and was located in the shore of beautiful Duck Lake. House was clean and comfortable and we’ve never stayed at a property that was so well stocked. Absolutely excellent property, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is our second time staying at this property and would definitely recommend it. Val is a great host and answered all questions that we had. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Check-in was easy and wifi was good for communication with family back home. Overall it is a great property and will stay again.

Potholes

The property is ok. There is no washer or dryer. The road is terrible getting there. It was very stressful to drive down this road. The last time we drove it, we hit a pothole that ripped our minivan's skid plate. I would not have booked this property had the listing been accurate about the road conditions. This information was not shared until sending me the directions. Which included a map that said to go in this entrance and then later said to go another way. I would recommend more transparency with the directions and the listing.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family of 4 stayed here 3 nights. The location is perfect if you're hiking in Many Glacier or traveling the Going to the Sun Road. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed to grill meals each night, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the sunsets over the lake are gorgeous. Val was a great host and we hope to stay here again sometime!

This was our first stop on our trip around Montana and Wyoming. It was perfect for a family of 4. Secluded, beautiful and peaceful. The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. I recommend checking in first before getting groceries. Highly recommend!

The best location

This house is between the Going to the Sun road and Many Glacier Park. The East is where all the hiking is. If you are trying to decide what to do
 do it. The bedrooms and kitchen are great. I loved the mattress and I can’t sleep anywhere. This house is perfect.

Great stay near Many Glacier

We really enjoyed our stay at Duck Lake! We appreciated how the cabin was stocked with anything we might need. The bear spray (although we didn't see any bears) and bug spray were especially nice. The location was perfect. We were able to get into Many Glacier and do some great hiking very easily. Our stay was early in the season, so we didn't get much time on/in the lake, but it was a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay again in your sweet, comfortable and convenient cabin!

Perfect Retreat

Fantastic base for hiking Glacier, Waterton Lakes, or just enjoying the quiet lakeside. Val was amazing and the home was just as described! We could not have asked for a better host or vacation home away from home!

Well equipped house

The house was larger than I expected. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and an abundance of spices. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great and we were able to easily drive to Glacier National Park every day. The only downside was the road you have to take to get to the house. There were a lot of potholes but we managed fine.

Great Cabin on Duck Lake

The cabin is exactly as described. It is clean, well stocked, comfy beds, quiet, and perfect location for exploring the east Glacier area. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

Lakefront on Duck Lake

Our stay at Duck Lake was wonderful! The location was great for our hikes into Many Glacier. The house was a great lakefront cabin. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & bathroom. The bedrooms even had racks for hanging up items. Would highly recommend this house. You do need to be aware that the dirt road has a lot of potholes, but easy to drive around with care 😁.

Cabin love

Cabin as described. Was well stocked. Everything up-to-date. Beds comfortable. Location excellent for access to East glacier hiking. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Five nights on Duck Lake

The cabin is spacious, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Val was very responsive to our questions - we had no issues during our stay. It is very convenient to the Going to the Sun Road, Many Glacier, and Waterton Park. As mentioned the entry road is a little rough. This is a great place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park.

Perfect home base to explore Glacier from the east side

Our stay was very nice. The cabin was well-equipped as many reviews say. We enjoyed the lake view during down time. The road to the house is very rough, but we had a rental and it was fine. I strongly recommend staying here!

The weather is ever changing, so be ready for anything. It can change from morning to night and it is always an exciting adventure for us. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!

You will love the sunsets, it is our favorite part of the day. You can take a photo every night and it will never be the same. The fishing is our favorite part of our vacation and there is never a dull moment whether you fly fish or bait fish, it is all good! This is great spot on the lake to fish from boat or from shore.
