The room features a comfortable king-size bed, a TV and a coffee station for your convenience. This room uses a fully equipped communal bathroom just outside the bedroom.

Guests will have access to their private room located above the pub, and shared bathroom facilities on the premises.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in Nascot Wood, Watford, the Southern Cross Hotel offers a delightful neighbourhood with a blend of suburban charm and easy access to central Watford. Enjoy nearby parks, local shops, and the Watford town center, just a short drive away.

Conveniently located near Watford Junction Station, just a 15-minute walk away, offering direct trains to London Euston. Local buses are also accessible for easy travel around Watford and beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Please note that access to the property involves approximately 20–30 steps, with no step-free alternative. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or young children.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
