I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was honestly unacceptable. The conditions of the room were deplorable from the moment I walked in. The duvet had visible burn holes in it, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Several of the plug-in covers were poorly painted over and weren’t even properly attached to the wall, which made the room feel unsafe and extremely poorly maintained.On top of that, the towels and washcloths were dirty, which is a basic standard that should never be overlooked. Cleanliness is the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably in that regard.This was also supposed to be a non-smoking room, but when I returned the second night, the room strongly smelled like smoke. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they repeatedly told me that nobody smokes there and insisted there was no way the room smelled like that. They refused to offer another room or any solution, which was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. They were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, which only added to the overall negative experience.I would not recommend staying here. There are far better options that actually prioritize cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was honestly unacceptable. The conditions of the room were deplorable from the moment I walked in. The duvet had visible burn holes in it, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
