Mon unité est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains qui mesure 1240 pieds carrés. La chambre principale a un lit King, la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles et le salon a un canapé-lit.

Vue sur l'océan signifie que le balcon fait face au nord ou au sud et a une vue en angle de l'océan

En tant que propriétaires de WorldMark et nous possédons l'intégralité des 11e et 14e étages de la tour nord. Les unités seront attribuées lors de l'enregistrement au type d'unité que vous décidez de louer.
Il s'agit du meilleur complexe de condos de toute la plage de Daytona pour des événements tels que le Daytona 500, la Bike Week, le Biketoberfest et le Coke Zero 400.

Situé sur une magnifique plage piétonne, Ocean Walk est un chef-d'œuvre de 19 étages en bord de mer qui fait partie d'une impressionnante station balnéaire de 80 000 pieds carrés et d'un complexe de divertissement. Family vacation 2025 party of 12

We had two units, a 2BR and a 3BR, both were very nice. The kids loved the lazy River, our youngest had a great time in kiddie pool. All liked the indoor pool as well and the hours.

Bike week 2023

We have a few problems come up with the during the week ( leaking master toilet and a door handle came off of door). They staff sent repair personal to fix the the problems promptly. We had a great stay.

Great Location, Nice Rooms

Very family friendly property. Several pools, a lazy river, a 3 min walk down the beach to an amusement park, lots of shops, restaurants, movie theater all adjacent to the property. We went over the July 4 th week when the property was full. Check in took 45 min. We had to park off property because the lot was full. Had to wait 15 min several times for an elevator.. the staff was understanding and helpful in dealing with these problems. That being said, we’ll continue to vacation here.

The condominium was clean. The host was easy to deal with and would respond quickly if you had any questions. Bit disappointed in the ocean view since we were the farthest from the beach and to view the beach you had to go out on the balcony One big problem was the loudness of the traffic it was loud. It did offer a lot for the young people with us and they enjoyed everything. There was a problem with the garage. When we went to checkout we had a problem getting out because people had parked everywhere along the wall not in parking places. It took us about 10 tries to get out of our parking spot this needs to be addressed.

There was no issue communicating with the host, but these unit are through Wyndham Vacations so everything is handled by them after check in. The room was vaguely clean on arrival as if someone had done a quick sweep but counters had residue and bed sheets still had hair and fuzz in them. The room itself was spacious and a good size, but rooms are assigned based on other Wyndham check ins so you're room could vary from the one booked as far as beach or city view and there is no way to know. The resort overall appears to have a lot of amenities but it is an overcrowded nightmare. There isn't enough parking for the North Tower if all rooms are full and if you come back too late and parking is gone you can go pay 35 a day across the street in another deck owned by the city. Getting to your room can be chaos at any time of the day as 4 elevators service 25 floors and average wait time can be nearly 30 mins to an hour. It took us 2 hours to get everything into our room as baggage carts are non existent. Being a rental unit through a Wyndham Vacation Owner also makes you subject to non-stop soliciting by Wyndham Reps for timeshares. I most likely will never book a Wyndham Resort again.

Beautiful but check-in was a disaster

Our rooms was as expected and beautiful but the check-in process was a disaster. There are just too many people checking in and out on the same day. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30pm even though we arrived at 3:30pm which was a huge inconvenience. How do you entertain young child for 3 hours let alone pay for a room starting at 4pm and not have access to it? Then the elevators were a mess as well. There just aren't enough given how many rooms there are, they need double the amount and should consider investing in more if they want to make their guests happy and more likely to come back. Sometimes you would wait 20mins just to get an elevator and it was completely full. It was also impossible to find a cart to carry everyone's things upstairs, which isn't ideal with groceries. We came to the realization that although the accommodations were nice, there just weren't enough for everyone to enjoy them. There were 5 pools but were all packed and good luck getting a chair. We understand the issues we had were with the facility itself and not the vrbo owners, the owners were upfront about check-in and communicated properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will mostly not be back because of everything stated above.

Nice place, horrible service from Wyndham personnel and security.

Don't go to the Wyndham Ocean Walk if you are ACTUALLY handicap and paralyzed from the waist down. There were no handicap or any parking spots for that matter. 1st time it happened we talked to security and they said it would not happen again. They very next day, same thing happened. So they lied. Ocean walk personnel had us park on a ramp that only if you're paralyzed would you understand it is not easy or safe for that person (I have pictures). They said I could go check every car to see if the cars had handicap signs, to me that is their job NOT MINE. I did take a picture of a car parked in a handicap spot with bikes on the back, My friend can only dream to ride bikes. They also said we could park in another parking ramp across the street. That would of been fine except for the person in the wheel chair and the car is his and designed for him to drive. The other ramps 2nd floor was out due to construction and the elevators were out of service. The staff of Ocean Walk did nothing after telling us they would get back to us... They lady I talked to that I rented from on here was nice but I never heard back from them either... I understand it is not the people I rented from's fault. I would rent from these renters again but will never stay at a Wyndham again.

Summer Vacation

We took a two week trip to Florida to give our family a break from Pennsylvania during the pandemic. Condo was very nice and the ability to use the pool along with the beach was a very nice surprise under the current circumstances. There is something for everyone - everything we needed was either already provided or easily within walking distance. Thanks for helping us get the much needed, very nice break we were looking for!!
