Guests will have access to the entire home! Please note that access to the property is via a shared alleyway. Guests will need to walk through the hallway before reaching the property itself.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Sheen Lane is located in East Sheen, a charming area known for its leafy streets and proximity to Richmond Park. Enjoy local cafes, shops, and the nearby Mortlake Green, perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics.

The property is conveniently located near Mortlake Station, which offers direct trains to London Waterloo. Several bus routes are also available, making it easy to explore London’s vibrant neighbourhoods.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Please note: The property is accessed through a shared alleyway before reaching the accommodation, this is part of the property's access route.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
