Lumineux et ensoleillé petit studio indépendant avec sa propre entrée indépendante, niché à l'arriÚre d'un petit jardin privé. Quartier calme et sécurisé. Tout neuf avec un lit double de qualité avec de grands oreillers français carrés et «traversin» (traversin), kitchenette équipée avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre, bouilloire et petit four électrique (mais pas de plaques chauffantes), grille-pain. Douche, WC, TV etc. table de lecture, wifi, stores occultants. Beau quartier haut de gamme en toute sécurité. PrÚs de 3 stations (Overground et métro, dans le centre de Londres en 10 minutes) avec les supermarchés, les cafés, des dizaines de restaurants. Vraiment charmant, lumineux et propre dans la cour calme. connexions aéroportuaires excellents à proximité. Un prix trÚs raisonnable pour ce qui est proposé. Vous pouvez aller pour le petit déjeuner dans les cafés locaux ou ramener votre propre. Idéalement situé pour l'accÚs au centre de Londres et dans un taxi à un prix raisonnable trajet de retour de la ville. Ceci est strictement NON-FUMEUR petit studio confortable avec beaucoup de transport et des installations à proximité. Idéal pour un court séjour avec un accÚs au centre de Londres, les théùtres, boutiques, attractions, etc.

This is a garage converted to a studio. It was very small as expected, but this was fine as we only used it to sleep. It served its purpose, but it’s worth mentioning a few concerns. There were a few cleanliness issues (used toothbrush and shower scrubbie left in the unit), and hair in the bed that wasn’t ours, but Edward responded to our concerns promptly. He also fixed a burned out light and loose towel rack when told of these issues. PAlthough we weren’t planning to use the barbecue, we never saw it. Also, the garden” was small, cluttered, and not really useable. Overall it was basic, ok for a short term stay, with a few issues that Edward was eager to address.

The neighbourhood was excellent. Good coffee and restaurants locally. The tube at Swiss Cottage on the jubilee line was very convenient, as was the bus 31 to Camden Town and Notting Hill.

Sauber, aber wirklich sehr klein. Zu zweit wÀre es mir zu eng. Zum Kochen nicht geeignet. Sehr angenehme und rasche Kommunikation. Sichere, ruhige Umgebung.

we stayed 5 nights at this lovely studio. it‘s the perfect location to explore london and edward has been very helpful with everything. communiction was great, check-in super easy and it‘s very close to the tube. we can definitely recommend staying there! it‘s a real gem!

Small, clean, efficient, good location

This is a small, self contained unit. It was clean and had every thing we needed. Great location close to several transport lines, bus and train. Several nice places to eat very close. Quiet at night. Edward was very helpful. Good price, but be aware it is small.

Fantastic little studio

I stayed at Edwards place for 4 nights. It is clean, comfortable and very convenient for commuting into central london. Shops and food close by, felt safe I was travelling alone. It's quite small but was perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Central, sehr sauber und absolut zu empfehlen

Kleines sehr sauberes Studio mit allem was man braucht um ein paar tolle Tage in London zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Lage ist absolut top und sehr central und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Small and tidy. Great location.

This compact studio worked perfectly for my needs. Good location, close to Jubilee line. Host Edward was responsive, and there were many helpful instructions inside the property. Bathroom space is small, which was not a problem for me but if you are a larger person, this may not be the best choice for you.

This space is small but fit our needs perfectly! Close to public transportation, beautiful walkable neighborhood. Fabulous for a short stay in London. The portable air conditioner was fabulous to have for unusually warm weather in London. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends! Excellent communication from host.

It may be small but it has everything you need and in an area where you can get groceries and do laundry. Tube station close by. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay

Although Edwards studio is quite small and feels cramped at times, it is well equipped, quiet and in a lovely safe area. We really enjoyed coming back here in the evening from the hustle and bustle from central London. The tube station is only a 7 minute walk up Belsize and only takes 20 minutes to get Central. Communication with Edward was excellent and we really appreciated the early check-in. During the day you can hear the car doors slamming from the parking lot and street noise but we slept really well at night. The bed is quite comfortable. Perhaps it's the time of year but we felt like it was really damp and could use a dehumidifier. LOL but don't use the one on the air conditioner as stated. We did notice that the back of the air conditioner screw in side filter could be cleaned making it run more efficiently. We enjoyed the fan mode for white noise at night Every morning the bathroom light over the shower did not turn on and at first we thought it didn't work but realized quickly we just had to turn off the light switch and back on again for it to flick on. Also the bathroom fan only works when the bathroom light is on. The key to the studio is an old school skeleton key that takes a little getting used to although the garden door has a keypad and code with a normal key making the entire studio feel very safe. My partner and I definitely recommend staying here and we also recommend the Zara Cafe on the corner for a quick delicious convenient friendly breakfast.

Microstudio at Swiss Cottage

This is a very small renovated single car garage. There is a microwave and toaster oven but no stove. Some lights and bath fan are broken. Bath sink is too tiny to be of much use. Location is OK and quiet but super small with no room to set down your suitcase!

I am very particular about the standards I seek when I travel, especially cleanliness. There are lots of little gadgets in the studio which will help make your short stay convenient.

The property is in a very upmarket area where most houses are privately owned. We have a host of good useful shops within minutes. It is in a quiet and safe area, well away from bustle but very near a shopping area. The facilities have been very carefully well thought out with everything you will need for a short visit to London.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have a unique key-pad entry system so you can arrive any time in the day or night and use our 'no key' entry facility. We need prior notice for this.
Our transport links to all parts of central London are exceptional. We have the Jubilee line and Metropolitan line within a few minutes which will take you to Theatreland or the City in very little time. The airport bus stop to Stansted and Luton is five minutes away and other airports are very accessible too.
