The Granary consists of two ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. The first floor hosts an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with TV, alongside a first-floor utility. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and a hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The property is within walking distance of a shop and pub via a country lane. A shop is within 1.6 miles and a pub is 0.1 miles away. The Granary offers an inviting base for enjoying the beauty and attractions of North Wales. This property has a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP

Town: The small village of Cynwyd lies in the Upper Dee Valley, close to the banks of the famous River Dee. Situated in the foothills of the scenic Berwyn Mountains, the village has a picturesque waterfall and a beautiful arched bridge over the river. Cynwyd boasts a shop and two pubs and has its own thriving Ramblers Association providing wonderful walking in the surrounding hills and mountains. The National Cycle Route passes close by, while excellent fishing and canoeing can be enjoyed on the River Dee. Nearby Llangollen offers a good range of shops, pubs and eateries and is internationally famous for its annual, musical Eisteddfod and exciting white water rafting opportunities. Take a steam train through the picturesque Dee Valley, visit the National Trust properties at Erddig or Chirk Castle, or explore beautiful Lakes Bala and Vyrnwy and the Snowdonia National Park. A fabulous location at any time of year!
