1 Bed in Newquay (oc-thogn)

This cosy studio cottage is located on farmland close to Cornwall’s stunning coastline. There is plenty to see in the area, with Newquay just four miles away, with its popular beaches, suitable for both swimmers and surfers alike. There is an aquarium here, a zoo, as well as surf academies, bars, and restaurants. Just a little further around the coast is the stunning Watergate Bay, with a wide expanse of sandy beach. You can also explore the Cornish Way Cycle Route which runs nearby.


This studio-style cottage has been delightfully and sympathetically converted to make comfortable holiday accommodation for two. All of the living accommodation is located in one open-plan space, which has everything that guests will need to enjoy their stay, as well as some interesting period features, including the exposed stone walls. However, there is no need to go without your modern creature comforts, as there is a Smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is also a wood burner which keeps the studio lovely and cosy whatever the weather and also adds to the romantic atmosphere. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Tucked away behind the lounge area is the bedroom area with its super-king bed. A door next to the bedroom area leads to the en-suite shower room with power shower and WC.


Outside, there is a small, enclosed shingled garden with seating, use of your own private summerhouse with sofa and pretty lighting and your own private hot tub to relax in at the end of a day exploring the local area. Recline in in the outside sun lounger and sip your drink from the inset ice bucket. Just outside of this area, is a woodland/ orchard area for guests to enjoy. There is an additional seating area in a wonderful meadow with ponds nearby. There is also a games room with table football, pool table, dart board, and a snug area.

- Use of your own private hot tub - on day of arrival will need to reach temperature before use

- Shared games room with pool table, table tennis, football table and dart board

- Accepts 1 dog - 2 small dogs may be considered, please contact us prior to booking

- Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles, supermarket 4 miles, beach 6 miles

- Ample parking - Please note unless agreed prior to your stay, charging using a 13 amp plug with or without an extension lead at the property is strictly prohibited due to insurance, public liability and suitability of electrical installations.

- £50 discount for a 2 week booking

- REGRET no Children or babies in arms

- Please note there is a security camera in the car parking area – it does not face towards the property
