This property provides a perfect getaway for couples as well as a great base for families and walkers. The village of Polruan is ideally located to explore all Cornwall has to offer. A small village with only one road in and out, which goes through the centre of the village ending on the quay where you will find the sandy tidal beach. Experience what Cornwall has to offer, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project , cliff top walks, hidden coves and beaches, fantastic sailing waters, the Screech Owl Sanctuary and Wildlife Park and the many National Trust properties and gardens.

On entering this three storey accommodation you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, a comfortable king and a cosy twin. There is also a spacious shower room with shower and WC on the ground floor and boot room by the back door. The Washer/dryer is located in the ground floor bathroom. Take the stairs to the first floor where guests will find the kitchen and dining room. The well-equipped kitchen has a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, where you can enjoy preparing family meals and dining whilst enjoying the fantastic river views. On this floor you will also find a spacious bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath and WC. Going up a further flight of stairs to the second-floor guests will find the third bedroom which is a double, with partition glass door which adjoins the sitting room where you can enjoy the outstanding views across to the river to Fowey and up the river to Bodinnick or watch your favourite programme on TV (with Amazon Firestick) or use the DVD player to watch a movie.

Stepping outside to the rear of the property you will find a small private patio and lawn garden. there is a pathway and steps which lead up to the parking area suitable for 2 medium sized cars

Out of season under occupancy discounts are available for parties of 2 or less where no other discounts apply.

- Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars.
