Hi Sonia! I'm sorry you didn't see the pool. It is located right along the river in the courtyard of the three smaller buildings. We have a map of the property in the condo.

First Nashville experience

We had a great time in Nashville. This was the perfect location to stay. It was quiet and served all our needs and was in walking distance of everything or a short uber ride. Thanks again for everything, you made everyone easy and accommodating.

Great spot, clean and current!

We had a great stay here for Taylor Swift! Easy walk to venue. A little bit longer walk (20/25 minutes) to 5th/Broadway but weather was great and it was perfect ! Great place to spend time downtown ! Unit was very comfortable and clean.

First time to Nashville

The location was centrally located for us. Uber ride to Broadway was only $8-13. We enjoyed watching the tug boats and badges going up and down the river.

Riverfront condo in Nashville

We visited the city with another couple. It was perfect for 4 adults. Each couple had their own full bath. Cute balcony overbooking the river. Good location, about 15-20 min walk to lower Broadway or Germantown restaurants.

Great location!

The condo was very convenient to get everywhere! Close rides to Opry, 3rd and Lindsley, Museums, Broadway (probably walkable in warmer weather) and a lot of great places to eat. Rare to find two KING beds for two couples! Place had everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again on our next trip! Add Jonathan’s to your places to eat along with Unhitched Brewing which we’re easy walks.

Conveniently Located

Condo is ideally situated for downtown and Germantown excursions. Fair amount of road construction in and around the area but we were still able to get around okay. Condo is as shown in photos and advertised. Would dry stay here again.

Easy distance from Broadway

We were very comfortable in our stay at this location for a few nights. There are a couple flights of stairs as others had mentioned, but they were easy to climb. I appreciated the covered parking, as well as the availability of parking. The beds were comfortable, however the frames were creaky. Definitely plenty of space for two couples. It was very easy to get an Uber down to Broadway from this location and the ride is not too long.

Great condo

The condo was absolutely perfect! 100% as described. Very clean. Great space. We stayed Thur - Mon, noise levels were not too bad at all with the neighboring unit. Appreciated the covered parking too. Close to Germantown, however I would not recommend walking too far later in the day. I think it is important to note that the pool (when it reopens) is located in a separate building.

not a five star condo

although we were allowed to gain entry two hours early, the condo was not the cleanest; empty water bottle under bed, crumbs on stovetop, outdated, chips in walls, at first appears to be a sketchy part of town(industrial) but it ended up being nice and quiet. expensive for what you get; but the outdoor pool was the best part;

Property in disrepair at best

The location was great! However, there were several condition issues that were disappointing: Unit was very dirty. Dirty dishes in cabinet, dust everywhere like it hadn't been touched in months, broken chairs on patio, the sheets on one of the beds didn't fit, several missing or burnt out light bulbs. Won't be back, that's for sure.

Wonderful !!

Lovely property. Our adult son was with us and the accommodations fit perfectly for our needs. Modern furnishings were very comfortable. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the river was very nice. You could walk to Broadway where clubs line the street. Although we chose to Uber since the days were long. Many places to tour. Ryman Center, Johnny Cash Museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, and many others. I’ve had joint replacements and the steps to second floor were doable. Free parking a plus. Tommy, the owner, was prompt to reply to any questions we had and very easy to work with. We definitely would return on our next visit to Nashville Thanks English and Tommy.

Nashville

The description of the property and the accommodations was false. There was no pool, the a/c broke, and needed to be moved into another apartment. Feel like this firm is just after booking people and not offering a quality product. Will never refer this property to any friend visiting Nashville. I will be returning for my son's graduation from Vandervelt U and would never stay at this location.

We are extremely sorry the HVAC went out during this visit. Unfortunatley, items outside of our control do happen. As soon as we were notified, we moved your party into another unit, 6 doors down immediately. The HVAC was replaced the following day. The pool area, as noted on the listing at the time of booking, has been under construction since March of 2020 due to last years tornado. It should be opening up soon however! *the reviewer did not actually stay in the condo and booked it for her children and friends. Our cleaners arrived 30 minutes after the checkout time and refused to leave the property. I had to speak with the reviewer (their mother) to get them to leave the property.
