Perfectly placed on the Saltmarshe estate near Howden, these lovely cottages enjoy instant access to miles of private parkland, ideal for long walks and fresh-air adventures. Howden’s welcoming high street, with its cosy cafés, traditional pubs and handy shops, is just a short hop away (4.5 miles), and Beverley is within easy reach (22 miles) for boutique shopping, dining and its well-known racecourse. For wildlife lovers, North Cave Wetlands is close by, while Market Weighton and Pocklington offer charming market-town strolls and great places to eat. If you fancy a bigger day out, The Deep in Hull, the Yorkshire Wolds and even York’s historic attractions are all comfortably accessible.

Step in to the one level, bright and spacious open-plan living space, which is at the heart of this property. An inviting lounge area with two sofas, a wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player (upon request) is subtly separated by stylish room dividers from the kitchen/diner.
