Beachfront Almare Retreat consists of two elegantly designed luxury houses, rented together as one exclusive property to provide complete privacy and the comfort of a true Mediterranean home. It is a place where you can slow down, unwind, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends.

Perfect for families and small groups, the retreat combines premium comfort, functionality, and an exceptional beachfront location. The living area covers 80 m², while the entire estate extends across 740 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds, offering plenty of space for relaxation, socializing, and embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The retreat is ideal for 4 guests, accommodated in two elegant bedrooms with double beds. It can host up to 6 guests, with two additional guests comfortably sleeping on the sofa beds located in the living room of each house.



Each house is fully air-conditioned and features its own modern, fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining and living area, a spacious bedroom, a contemporary bathroom, and a private terrace. Guests therefore enjoy the convenience of two fully equipped kitchens, two dining areas, two living rooms, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private terraces, ensuring that everyone can find their own peaceful corner to relax.

The kitchens are equipped with everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to elaborate family dinners using fresh local ingredients. The inviting living rooms create a warm atmosphere for spending quality time together, enjoying evening conversations, or relaxing after a day at the beach. The private terraces are perfect for sipping your morning coffee, reading your favorite book, or enjoying the scent of the sea during warm summer evenings.



The heart of the property is the spacious shared terrace, thoughtfully designed as the perfect outdoor gathering and relaxation area. At its center is a 24 m² heated infinity pool, whose elegant design creates the illusion of seamlessly blending into the Adriatic horizon. The pool uses a saltwater electrolysis system, providing a more natural and pleasant swimming experience that is gentle on both skin and eyes. An integrated hydromassage system adds an extra touch of luxury, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day spent swimming, exploring the surrounding area, or simply enjoying the Dalmatian sunshine.

Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun deck equipped with 8 comfortable sun loungers, providing ample space for sunbathing and complete relaxation in a peaceful Mediterranean setting.



While adults enjoy the privacy and serenity of the property, younger guests can have fun on the trampoline and children's swings, offering hours of carefree entertainment within the safety of the fully fenced garden.



For complete peace of mind, guests have access to four private parking spaces within the property, ensuring convenient arrival and secure parking throughout their stay.

* To make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible, the owners can arrange car rental services, allowing you to easily explore Sukošan, Zadar, and the many natural attractions of the Dalmatian coast.

* Pets are welcome upon prior request, allowing us to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and their four-legged companions.

* To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and privacy of the property, groups whose members are under 25 years of age are not accepted.
