Villa Roza is located in the small town of Lovinac, which is in the hinterland of the beautiful city of Zadar. Lovinac is located in an ideal location that provides peace and quiet and a rural idyll with a view of the Velebit mountain, and yet accessibility to all amenities because it is 9 km from the sea and 15 km from the center of Zadar.



Villa Roza is a fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated new facility that can host 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one room is equipped with two single beds. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, allowing for additional privacy. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Villa Roza is perfect for a family with children because it offers a lot of facilities such as a children's playground, table football, board games and, of course, a private pool whose specialty is salt water that will allow even those with the most sensitive skin to swim. While the kids play, adults can maintain their line on the elliptical and weight bench. Of course, along with entertainment, the most important family moments are spent preparing delicious meals by the fireplace in the summer kitchen.

high quality Villa

Luxury Villa around 15km inland from Zadar, located in a small village. The Villa is recently built and everything is to a high standard. Fabulous heated outdoor pool, large BBQ area, secure parking, play equipment for children. Excellent communication with Marin and Anita, the owners. Local grocery store next door (but hidden from villa). Everything very clean and tidy. Good location for exploring the area, Nin and Novigrad being just a couple of beautiful local villages, so not far to go for a dip in the sea, but the Villa pool is very nice. Our stay was unfortunately only for one week, we could have stayed for a month 🙁

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen.Die Räumlichkeiten sind genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, alles extrem sauber.Gut gefallen hat uns die Klimatisierung in allen Räumen und dass es bezüglich der Ausstattung an nichts gemangelt hat.Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen eigenen TV.In der kleinen Ortschaft befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft ein Supermarkt, der die nötigsten Dinge anbietet.Bis zum Meer bzw. der Stadt Zadar sind es höchstens 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto.Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich, haben ihre Hilfe angeboten und sind immer sofort erreichbar gewesen. Das Ankommen sowie die Abreise sind somit ganz unproblematisch und stressfrei abgelaufen.Unseren drei Töchtern ist bei dem großen Außenbereich, dem wundervollen Pool, einigen Spielzeugangeboten und der Spielplatz-Ecke hinter dem Haus definitiv nicht langweilig geworden.Wir bedauern es sehr, dass unsere Urlaubswoche vorbei ist und können uns definitiv vorstellen einen unserer nächsten Urlaube wieder hier zu verbringen.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen, vollklimatisierten Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit sehr modernen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche). In den Schlafzimmern gibt es genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. In der Küche gibt es genügend Geschirr und auch Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein wunderschöner großer, sauberer Salzwasserpool (weniger Hautirritationen) und sechs bequeme Sonnenliegen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen überdachten Sitzbereich mit einem sehr großen Esstisch, Stühlen und einem gut durchdachten, gemauerten Grill. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen und auch mit Kameras gesichert. Leider war die Aussicht vom Pool auf die Hauswand des Supermarkts nicht ganz so schön, aber die Liegen lassen sich schließlich verschieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und haben sich um evtl. Probleme zeitnah gekümmert, die Kommunikation war problemlos, da Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen wurde. Auch wurden wir mit Obst, Getränken etc. verwöhnt. Es waren auch Gewürze und Öl vorhanden, die Bäder waren mit Handseife bestückt. Innerhalb von max. 20 Minuten erreicht man Zadar oder Nin. Wir kommen gerne wieder, nächstes Jahr
