Loft Cantelmo is a refined apartment in the historic heart of Atina, designed for guests who want to experience the authentic charm of an Italian old town without giving up comfort, elegance and distinctive details. Its character is immediate: two private balconies, two different views, two ways to enjoy the historic centre. One balcony overlooks the ancient Ducal Palace, one of the most iconic landmarks of the village; the other faces Via Roma, with a view of the historic arch marking the entrance to the old town and the quiet atmosphere of its stone streets. This is not just a place to sleep. It is a place to wake up in the heart of Atina, open the windows, breathe in the calm of the historic centre, enjoy a coffee on the balcony and feel surrounded by a setting where history, architecture and village life meet. The interiors are warm, bright and carefully curated. The canvases and decorative artworks, enhanced by multidirectional lighting, create an elegant, welcoming and scenic atmosphere. Every room has been designed to convey personality: not a generic holiday rental, but a home with identity, taste and presence. The living area is comfortable and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area and direct access to the outdoor views. The bedroom features a comfortable 160x200 cm queen bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for couples and comfortable for up to 4 guests. Beds are prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation. The bathroom is one of Loft Cantelmo’s strongest features: modern, spacious and refined, with wall-hung fixtures, a double sink and a large crystal-glass shower. It is designed not only for everyday practicality, but also to offer a sense of comfort above the average holiday rental. The apartment includes many comforts: 2 x 50” TVs, 2 Toshiba air conditioners with heating and cooling, independent boiler with smart thermostat, espresso machine, kettle and toaster, juice extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, vertical garment steamer with steam function and integrated lint remover, ideal for quickly refreshing clothes after travel, plus fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, circuit breakers and safety switches. One of the most exclusive highlights of the property is access to Atina’s highest panoramic rooftop terrace, shared within the building: a privileged viewpoint over the rooftops of the old town, the Cathedral, the mountains, the Comino Valley and the sunsets that make this place truly special. The location is strategic: the apartment is on Via Roma, at the entrance to the historic centre, just a short walk from cafés, restaurants, scenic corners and historic landmarks. It is ideal for guests who want to discover Atina on foot, with the convenience of being able to unload luggage near the entrance and find public parking in the nearby squares, generally available about 100–150 metres away, except during busier festivals and events. Loft Cantelmo is also an excellent base for exploring the nature and villages of the area.
