Best and cleanest vacation rental

The owners were amazing. We felt like we were at home and finally found a family who loves to be as clean and neat as us. We felt like their family and would love to stay here again.

Great place

This is about the best place I have ever stayed. Hosts were fantastic it was such a pleasure meeting with them at check in. They informed us of all the great places to eat and to shop. Even checked with us to make sure if we needed anything . It was a Great Time definitely top of my list for next year.

Great Rental

Would totally recommend this property. Clean, fully stocked and amazing backyard. Debbie is great, walked us through the house and showed us where everything is and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

Great host in a clean and cozy place

You can tell the host cares for their property, very nice get away from the Havasu heat. After a long days on the lake the property was ideal to come back to. Only thing we wished was softer beds but that’s ultimately preference. We did purchase a memory foam topper at wal mart to adjust to our comfort level but again we enjoy a really soft bed. Would definitely stay here again

So glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. Sorry the bed was too firm for you. We do try and please every one. The guest before you said it was to soft, so we took off memory foam topper, thinking it was not doing a good job. LOL. Being as it was a couple years old. So we will reconsider replacement. Havasu Home

This home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The owners even let us use the huge oversize garage for our truck and boat. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The back yard is very private with a beautiful pool. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home

We stayed in this beautiful home for a month. It was the perfect spot for our winter getaway. It was so comfortable, lovely decorated, & super clean. It is located in a nice area of town, quiet for sleeping, but just a few minutes from downtown. Debbie and Avery were very helpful and answered all our questions. We would recommend this to anyone.

Very satisfied customer

The house is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. We came came to fish a local bass tournament and the RV garage is a thing i have only seen in my dreams. Plenty of parking for two trucks and two boats. House had everything you need to cook. Close to local grocery stores. Owners were very responsive and offered help and assurance throughout or stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

We were in town on business and stayed here. The house is very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfy and clean. The owners even accommodated us and moved their trailer out of the garage so we could use it to store our boat. The pool is new and my kids did go in for a couple mins because it is unheated and was cold on our trip. But overall, great house and very homey.

We had phone and text connection with the owners any time that we needed to. It was a beautiful place to stay and we would stay there again. It is very easy to get to all of the attractions and restaurants. Again we will be staying if possible there again next winter.

We live in Lake Havasu and love our city and the beauty of the sunsets and wonderful weather.We have loved boating here for 30 years, along with exploring the desert trails. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

Just updated with new paint and beautiful furniture and decorated tastefully.
Very comfortable to just lounge and relax. Just bring your cloths and a steak to put on the BBQ and enjoy yourself.

Great neighborhood, close to the lake and golf course and hiking. If you like to explore the desert, we are just a few minutes away. New pool with a baja beach and conversation table with covered patio and BBQ. Nice neighborhood.
