Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lush landscaping in a quiet setting with a beautiful view. Owner provided paper products, soaps, and nice linens.Nice large bedrooms with 2 double beds and a TV in each.

Errol Estate

The villa was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is very quiet with a lake view, from which we saw wonderful sunsets. Yvette was very kind and attentive. We had a very enjoyable stay, so much so that we have already booked it for next year.

Great place and view

It was a beautiful place. Parking could be an issue but every other aspect of the home was great. Definitely stay there again. The host was fantastic in every way. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Wonderful Location, Spotless, Great Value

Lodging in Florida can be very expensive. I came for the North Shore Birding Festival. Host hotel was $180 per night. This lovely villa had more room, great view, and was substantially lower cost. Communications were great. Would stay again.

Great property (5 star), tricky parking

We enjoyed our stay. Yvette was kind and attentive. The villa was clean, comfortable and well accommodated. The little community of villas is well taken care of. The view on the enclosed back porch is gorgeous. I would stay here again. The only negative I have is the parking situation. This community is very strict about parking and the unit only has one spot available, which requires a parking pass. Because of this, they must meet you for check in. There is overflow parking, which is a not a bad walk. except at night or in the heat of midday.

The villa is very nice and it especially met our needs to be near my son and his family. The property owner, Yvette, is a great hostess and is great to work with!

Nice and quiet place to stay. You can usually park in the closest parking lot if it is before 6pm. Some nice neighbors to meet :)

Nice place with excellent host

Yvette was a great host. She was very easy to reach and coordinate with. Parking could be a bit tricky if the closest lot was full but not too bad. Nice community and enjoyed the walk from other lots. Very nice area, well upkept. Would recommend 👌

No parking!

The main issue I had was there was no designated parking space for the unit I rented. Parking was a 7 to 10 minute walk away. It was a real problem in the rain. The unit itself was very nice and clean. It was however, very dimly lit which made it hard doing paperwork. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Errol Estates Condo Rental

First of all, the host, Yvette, was great! Communications and service were great as well. The condo was clean and accommodating and well suited for our group. I passed on a couple of recommendations for electrical outlet repair and Yvette was appreciative of the feedback. We will definitely get in touch if we need a place to stay again in Apopka.

Oasis in Wekiva

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Apopka. The location was convenient for us - we were taking care of a relative in Sabal Palms, and wanted to enjoy the Wekiva Springs area. Very comfortable accommodations, very clean, very quiet, and beautiful setting within the community.

Wonderful condo

This condo was the perfect spot for our girlfriend get-away. It was close to King’s Landing and Kelly Park. The condo community is so cute. We would definitely book again the next time we visit this area.

Second time at Errol Estates

We stayed here for the second time since it is so close to family in Apopka and absolutely suits our needs. Our host is the nicest lady, with excellent communication. The parking situation is a little tight, but other than that, it's a clean, quiet, comfortable cottage-feel home away from home.

Beautiful quiet location, but plan to have to park and walk a ways

Yvette was attentive and thorough with check-in and instructions. We drove two cars and had to park one a short walk away....we didnt figure out the best way to walk from the overflow lot to the villa until looking at a map of the area on the last day! It's really not that far, but the villa trails (golf cart trails) curl everywhere and can be confusing. We enjoyed the closed in patio and all the wildlife on the lake. Tubing at Kelly Park was fabulous as was Wakiwa Springs. We also went to a Detroit Tigers Spring training game.
