Villa 2 chambres en front de mer avec piscine!

Deux chambres, deux salles de bains villa en bord de mer achevée en 2017. Piscine privée avec terrasse, palapa sur la plage avec bar et hamacs. La maison fait face à l'est pour ces levers parfaits.

Cette maison est en retrait de la route pour fournir plus d'intimitĂ©. Il y a un escalier menant au salon. Grand salon ouvert, salle Ă  manger et cuisine. L'Ăźle est assez spacieuse pour accueillir six personnes Ă  l'aise, la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec les derniers appareils, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Les espaces de vie et les chambres comportent de superbes Ɠuvres d’artistes locaux et internationaux.

La chambre principale avec lit queen a une salle de bain complĂšte et dressing. Il dispose d'un balcon qui mĂšne Ă  la piscine et la plage.

La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits queen et dispose Ă©galement d'un balcon qui mĂšne Ă  la piscine et la plage.

La deuxiÚme salle de bain a une douche, des toilettes et une coiffeuse. Il y a aussi une buanderie séparée avec laveuse, sécheuse et planche à repasser.

La piscine et la terrasse sont juste à cÎté de la maison et il y a aussi une douche d'eau douce prÚs de la piscine pour vous rincer aprÚs avoir été dans la piscine ou l'océan. Sur la plage, vous trouverez un palapa privé avec des hamacs et votre propre petit bar de plage - apportez votre propre barman!

La maison est située au centre de Maya Beach, à quelques pas de l'épicerie la plus proche et d'une sélection de restaurants, dont Singing Sands, Mangos et plus encore. Nous recommandons la location de voiture pour se déplacer.

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. It is very well stocked with supplies. Herbert, the house manager, was most attentive. We had a couple of small issues, and he was promptly there to fix them.

The house was beautifully set up and very clean. I was especially happy with the water pressure in the showers. I will definitely stay here again when we come back! My only recommendation would be to put some sort of curtains in the kitchen window. The sun radiates a lot of heat through those windows.

Marlys Place

My wife and another couple stayed at Marlys place over spring break. The property was super clean and has an amazing beach front. If you plan to visit the point in Placencia frequently I suggest renting a car over a golf cart. We spent most of our time in Maya Beach were the house is located.

Coming Back

I would definitely return and stay at Marly's Place. The house is exactly what my family of four needed. There's plenty of space for everyone, so you don't feel.like you're on top of each other. We were in the pool everyday and the individual bedroom air conditioners made sleeping great. Lots of restaurants near by, I would recommend renting a vehicle. Enjoy!

Our Belize Adventure

Our trip to Belize was everything we hoped for! The house was a beautiful place to stay while exploring the peninsula. We felt close to all the things we needed, yet still felt like we had our own private retreat!! The pool was especially loved along with the ocean right outside too! Herbert made the traveling and stay in Belize amazing with all the info he provided us. Would highly recommend this property!! Thanks for the memories!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very pretty, clean and well kept. Herbert was great about answering all the questions we had, he gave great detail and helped us out a lot. He left plenty of recommendations for trips and restaurants that were all great places. We had an amazing time.

Great house and awesome location!!

We were welcomed by an individual that helped answer questions and helped get us settled. The house is new and very beautiful with great views of the ocean from all rooms. It was nice to lounge in and around the pool only steps from the ocean. Would highly recommend this location if traveling to Belize!!!

Wonderful stay in Placencia

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. On arrival, the property was clean and all the linen and towels smelled fresh. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at the property. We used everything the property had to offer including the bikes, kayaks and the pool. Spent many hours just relaxing by the beach. Property is about a 25 minute golf cart ride to Placencia. Lots of good dining options right near the property in Maya beach. My husband and I are already talking about the next time we can visit Placencia. Herbert was a great host, always responding promptly to any questions we had. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful house in great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The views are amazing, and the location can't be beat. It is minutes away from some of the highest rated restaurants in the country, but is within walking distance to a local grocery store if you prefer to use the fully stocked kitchen. It is an easy, approximate 20 minute drive to the town of Placencia, where a lot of the tours and excursions depart from. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed spending time by it each day. Additionally, we felt very safe at all times, as the house has a security system and is gated. We would highly recommend this property!

We stayed at Marlys Place for 8 nights ! This place is beautiful and peaceful ! It was the most relaxing vacation and Herbert was great! Even though they are building a house next door they didn’t start until 8 and really could not hear the hammering inside the house . We had such a great time and the pool was great in afternoon when hot outside ! Thanks Herbert for all your help and for letting us stay in your beautiful home !

Perfect location

Property is as described, clean and safe. The beach and pool were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather. Definitely visit the bakery down the street. Groceries and restaurants were easily accessible by a short drive. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The construction next door was ongoing and did provide some noise throughout the day but it did not hinder our relaxation. It was actually fascinating to watch the process and progress throughout our stay. We would book this property again.

Paradise!

Where to begin? The pool, the ocean view and breeze - amazing. Beautiful spacious home with SO many amenities. You will never run out of towels or kitchen items - well stocked. The property manager was professional and friendly and very responsive. Safe environment with home security. Near great restaurants and very close to the heart of Placencia. This was our second trip to the area, we love it so much.

Great Home in a Great Location

This was our second trip to the Placencia area of Belize. We were looking for a home in Maya Beach as we enjoyed that area on our previous stay. We selected Marly's Place since it was within walking distance of a grocery store and one of the best restaurants we had found in the Placencia area located at the Maya Beach Resort. Herbert was a great host answering all of our questions prior to arrival and provided a smooth contactless entry process to access the home. Marly's Place is well equipped, has a great pool, and the furnishings, including beds, were clean and very comfortable. I would very much recommend this property to a family of four or two couples traveling together.

A relaxing stay for our family in Maya Beach

Marly’s place is a great property. The house is very clean with everything you need. They include a large 5 gallon bottle of water. You can walk to some restaurants nearby. It’s only about 15-20 min to placencia town. It’s quiet. There is some snorkeling if you swim out from the property. We saw multiple large starfish there. The pool is great and was good enough size for us to have fun during our stay. I didn’t want to leave on our last day. I would definitely love to come back.

Marly’s Place was just what we needed

We had an amazing stay at Marly’s Place a few weeks ago. It was ideal for what we needed, a beautiful view, a well maintained house and pool and close proximity to food and shopping. The location of the house allowed us to run into “The Village” when we felt like it, but also gave us all the things we needed to stay in. The kitchen was well appointed, we took advantage of the local seafood and made meals that allowed us to stay at home. The house has virtually everything you will need, and more. There are also suggestions of where to eat in the welcome book, we loved having that resource! There was some road noise, but that is to be expected with school in session and work in the area happening. I highly recommend staying at Marly's Place. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at Marly's Place again.
