Le Caledonian est considéré comme le plus luxueux du centre-ville / de sortie condos Park City ski. Alors que dans le cœur de Park City, à droite sur Main Street, nous sommes ski-in / ski-out (50 pieds de l'ascenseur!) Park City Mountain Resort - un endroit Jeux olympiques d'hiver 2002. Boucheries Chophouse & Bar, situé au rez-de-chaussée de The Caledonian, est un grand restaurant ouvert pour le déjeuner et le dîner qui sert des steaks merveilleux, côtelettes, volaille, fruits de mer et plats végétariens ainsi qu'une vaste sélection de vins. Nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied de plus de 100 restaurants et bars et des boutiques et ont un parking souterrain sécurisé. L'emplacement est idéal pour le Festival du Film de Sundance ainsi que des activités d'été à Park City, dont le golf, la randonnée, le VTT, la pêche à la mouche, équitation, voile, canotage, planche à voile et ski nautique - tous dans les 15 minutes. Vous êtes également en droit sur la ligne de bus Park City gratuit qui se arrête à droite au Caledonian.

Notre condo est considéré comme le plus joliment aménagées dans le bâtiment. Nous avons fait une rénovation totale pour la saison 2014-2015 de ski. Ce est un surdimensionné 2 étage (près de 2200 pieds carrés) condo de luxe qui dispose de 3 chambres à coucher.

Plein de bains salle de bains avec douche vitrée surdimensionné avec deux pommeaux de douche. 55 pouces à écran plat TV à puce avec la pleine gamme Comcast / Xfinity X1 numérique Premium ainsi que Netflix, Amazon Prime, et l'accès Hulu. Accueil iPhone sonore de la radio quai de l'horloge.

Suite au premier étage - 1 lit queen size avec surmatelas. Salle de bains attenante avec douche vitrée fait en carreaux de travertin avec l'unité de vapeur. 55 pouces à écran plat TV à puce avec la pleine gamme Comcast / Xfinity X1 numérique Premium ainsi que Netflix, Amazon Prime, et l'accès Hulu. Accueil iPhone sonore de la radio quai de l'horloge.

Aussi, il ya un canapé-lit (queen size avec matelas intérieur-ressort) dans le salon qui peut accueillir 2.

Le condo a une 8 personne bain à remous privé sur le balcon inférieur, douche à vapeur au premier étage, cuisine gastronomique et cheminée.

Could not rave more about how amazing, not only the accommodations were, but also the hosts and how thorough they were with information prior to check in. The amount of detailed information including the explanation of the accommodations and parking with even pictures and step by step instructions. There is a parking garage directly under the building with an assigned parking space just steps from the elevator that takes you directly up to your room. The home was well furnished and beyond comfortable! We planned to spend most of our time out exploring Park City, and while we did, it was so nice to come home to a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. The location proved to be perfect as you are steps away from Main Street in downtown Park City. There is a town lift right outside that you can travel up the mountain overlooking the downtown area. We had amazing food that you can easily walk to on Main Street in downtown Park City and we even cooked and shared some amazing breakfasts in their spacey kitchen- using high quality appliances and eating over their nice dining table. A few little features that you don’t always see at just any VRBO was each room had their own Nest- to easily control the air in each bedroom as well as wireless charging stations for your phone and Apple Watch. We would most definitely book here again!!

Perfect condo for a family ski week!
We loved everything about the condo from the location to the hot tub to the pool table! Each bedroom was wonderfully appointed and comfortable. The pool table in the living area was the u expected added fun for all of us each evening! Being able to walk downstairs and jump on the lift or grab dinner was simply excellent! Another fantastic stay
Think this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Steve’s property. Steve’s condo never disappoints. It’s a high end two level condo in a fantastic location on Main St. Steve makes sure everything is in top shape and there is everything you could possibly need in the condo for an outstanding stay. Everything is documented in a guide and Steve keeps in touch to make sure all is good with your stay. Every time you go Steve has updated something or added some nice new touches, like lip balms & travel size sun tan lotions. Tons of good eating/drinking options all in walking distance on Main St/Park Ave. Butchers Chop house restaurant/bar in the same building as the condo is one of our favorite places for dinner. Flying Sumo right next door does great sushi. Twisted Fern restaurant (1.3 miles away) is another new favorite for us. Alpine Distilling Bar (Main St & 4th) does the best cocktails/mixed drinks by far. It has a high end speakeasy type vibe for adults. They make their own award winning liquor. Do the Park City walking Ghost tour on Main St with Borf, there are quite a few spooky stories to enjoy. Take a trip to Deer Valley and visit the Brasserie at St Regis hotel for some outside eating/drinking under the heaters enjoying the view. Riding the funicular up to the St Regis was fun with unbelievable views.

Wonderful stay!
This was the perfect property for our family of 6! The location was great (we loved going to Atticus for coffee and the Bridge Cafe for breakfast- both only steps away)! We only needed our car to drive to activities, otherwise we could walk everywhere. The kids had a blast playing pool and every amenity we needed was available in the condo. Thank you for thinking of every detail. Would absolutely come back again, and highly recommend this rental!

This condo is amazing! Truly the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. And the location you just can’t beat. Our host was very responsive and even helped us solve the problem of where to park the Sprinter Van that wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The condo is awesome. We visited over Memorial Day, so didn't ski, but the city left is right outside the door of the complex--could not be closer. The unit is new and clean and well appointed. Two large bedrooms on the top floor and a smaller one on the bottom floor. Plenty of common space. Owner was very communicative. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We love Park City, Utah! We love the skiing in the winter where we are 100% ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort + The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort is only 5-10 minutes from us. The summer is absolutely awesome as well! There are so many wonderful things to do with our kids here in Park City -- it's a great place to vacation with them. Park City is so easy to get to as it's only 35 minutes from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport. Our condos' location right on Main Street makes it an ideal location for the whole family as we are just steps from everything.

It's so convenient. We are 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board-out for our snow boarding guests) as we are just 50 feet from the ski lift. In the summer, the lift turns into a 'bike lift' for mountain biking access to the Park City Mountain Resort. Being right on Main Street in the 'Old Town' section of Park City is so great as just steps away there are dozens and dozens of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, wonderful shops, and galleries.
