This beautiful and rare Beach front home is located on famous Matira Beach in Bora Bora. Ranked by many the #1 beach in the world! One of the only rentals on this famous and well known beach! The home offers 2 beautifully designed bedrooms with (A/C), 2 baths, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an outside Terrace to enjoy beautiful calm dinners. Nearly every room offers a stunning ocean view! Free WIFI internet. Breathtaking sunrise from the master bedroom! A rental car is almost unnecessary as you have all the conveniences within walking distance. Sitting adjacent to the 5 star Intercontinental Le Moana Resort and Spa, it is a short walk on the beach to take advantage of the hotels amenities. Or a short boat shuttle to their signature Award winning Spa at the Intercontinental Thalasso Resort and Spa. Two of the Top restaurants in Bora Bora are also within the vicinity (less 500 yards) along with a well-stocked convenience store, and some small boutiques for souvenirs! All restaurants on the main island of Bora Bora will pick you up with their free shuttle, so just give then a call for reservations. This rental has all the comforts of home while being right on the beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. You can use the kayaks to get to the coral gardens for snorkeling.

This place had many positive aspects-on the beach, spacious, kayaks and snorkeling gear for your use, close to good snorkeling areas, ac in the bedrooms, comfortable outdoor area to hang out, close to a few restaurants and a small market. The property manager was super helpful and accommodating. The only caveat is this property is in a fairly densely populated area and positioned in front of the residences of the owner and family, so privacy is limited. Although the owners were completely unobtrusive and we enjoyed watching them repair their dock.

This house was perfect! The location was excellent. It was breezy and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the opposite side of Matira Beach where it was busy and more of a party atmosphere. So at this house you get the best of both worlds. It was close to restaurants and an excellent convenience store, which had excellent pastries every morning. The house itself was spacious and each bedroom had a strong AC that made sleeping perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The Property Manager, Louana was absolutely exceptional. She helped every time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, don't need a car as restaurants, grocery stores are in walking distance. Host is very very good. Really nice to have a clothes washer and dryer. We used the 2-person kayaks alot. While the kitchen is updated & modern, there is not a dishwasher.

Excellent vacation home!

We had the best time at this beach house in Bora Bora! The place is beautiful, super clean, and right on a private beach. Waking up to ocean views every day was unreal. The house had everything we needed and felt really cozy. The host was super friendly and respond you right away. It honestly felt like our own little piece of paradise. Would 100% stay here again

Perfect location

We have stayed twice now in this property and love it. The location can not be beat. It allows access to both sunrise and sunsets over the water and close to some great restaurants. The neighbors are all welcoming and just a great place

Honeymoon in Beautiful Beach House in Matira Beach!

The house and the location were absolutely amazing. The house was exactly as described. The living area and kitchen were clean and had an amazing breeze from the ocean and both bedrooms were airconditioned. We were walking distance to everything that we needed, restaurants, markets and bars. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking to visit Bora Bora.

Great location ! You have different restaurants, grocery store , the only beach in Bora Bora ( Matira Beach ) , AVIS (rental car ) everything in a walking distance The house is very clean and very well equipped Louana was amazing during the check in and check out , she’s wonderful We enjoyed a lot our stay at the house

Great home in a beautiful location

This home is absolutely stunning—right on the water with breathtaking views that made every moment special.
