The owners were very accommodating and kind. The property was clean and organized. Location was PERFECT for walking around and sightseeing.

Terrific stay in terrific location.

Apartment was lovely. Well equipped and comfortably slept our party of 8. Walkable to all the historic sites and train station. Very convenient. Would highly recommend in Florence.

Family Trip

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Very easy communication with host with quick responses. Would definitely book again!

Close and Comfortable

This apartment was close to all important museums and points of interest, and close to the train station. The manager was very helpful with all our needs. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

Great location

This is a great location, close to all of the attractions that Florence has to offer! Travel light, as I agree with the other reviews- lots of stairs to climb! Only downside is that one of the showers is way too small, and can only be used by children.

To be precise the shower is normal size can be used by adults and children. If you want extraspace you could use the other one. Thanks

Great place , in the center of florence a few steps away from the central market.

We had a comfortable stay at the apartment, all amenities were perfect, the place was clean and showers and bathroom was modern and very clean. Only thing is its on the third floor so travel light. Also Airconditioning was working properly. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Lovely Apt in the Heart of the City

We were a family of 10 and we loved staying in this apt in the heart of beautiful Florence. We were a 5 minute walk to the town square and 'The David'. Our host was very informative and made our stay lovely. The beds were comfortable and the apt was beautiful. Places to eat were right outside the door as well as little markets and larger markets just a block or two away. We will come back to stay here in this beautiful lovely city.

Florence

The property was very cute and ample enough room for me and 4 other adults. It had 2 bathrooms, although one of the showers was very small. Laura was very attentive with directions to get there. The place was charming and clean and we were within walking distance of the train and many attractions. The only drawback was the amount of stairs to get to the unit with no elevator. So pack light if you stay there. Ciao!

Great location, walking distance to most of Florence attractions. Tastefully remodeled.

The San Zanobi apartment worked great for our group of two families, nine in all. The hosts were very hospitable, making sure that someone was available to meet us at the door. Florence was quite hot during our stay so the air conditioning was struggling a bit. Guests need to be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs which could be a problem for some, but not for us. Appliances are modern. Interior decor is simple but chic. Laura was very helpful including agreeing to receive a bag delivery from the airline.

Fabulous location and nicely remodelled - great for two families

This place is in a fabulous location - 2 mins walk to a great market that has really lovely restaurants above it, 5 mins walk to the supermarket and 10 mins to the center of Florence. It is beautifully remodeled with great facilities and air con - which was definitely needed when we were there. Only two things to consider if you are booking - it is at the top of quite a few flights of stairs and there is no lift/elevator, and the rooms wouldn't necessarily work well for 4 couples - one room has the second room on a mezzanine floor above (so perfect for adults and kids of a family but not for folks that don't know each other well :) and the other bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the living room. The whole setup worked amazingly well for us (two families - each with two kids).

Very clean, well-kept, and updated apartment with great location. A note, though...

Our group of six was very happy with this booking. Daniele was an excellent host, and communicated well and in a timely manner. You really can't beat this location in Florence! It's less that 10 minutes of walking to all the major attractions and piazzas. It's very close to the statue of David (Academmia), one block from the San Lorenzo leather market, fresh market, and so much more! The apartment is very clean and updated, with a great gas stove for cooking and all the proper utensils, pots, and plans you'll need. If you are traveling with a group, you should be aware of one thing though. This is listed as a 4-bedroom apartment, but there is really only ONE private bedroom. There is a second bedroom with an open loft above it, and you have to go through the third bedroom to climb to the loft. The last bedroom is an open loft above the living room. So, in our group only one couple actually had privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and as long as the privacy issue is not a factor for you, I would highly recommend booking this.

bellissimo appartamento vicino a tutto ciò di cui

Un meraviglioso soggiorno a Firenze. All'arrivo ci hanno dato indicazioni facili per incontrare il nostro ospite presso l'appartamento. Siamo poi saliti le scale per questo bellissimo appartamento al terzo piano con spazio più che sufficiente per noi quattro. Cucina meravigliosa e spazio vitale per noi da usare. Il servizio lavanderia era molto utile. I nostri bambini hanno davvero apprezzato la camera da letto soppalcata. Vicino a tutto ... facilmente il miglior soggiorno di tutto il nostro viaggio in Italia. Non posso ringraziare abbastanza il nostro ospite per il loro aiuto.
