L'appartement très lumineux est situé au cœur de la ville de Florence, à l'intérieur du ZTL, à quelques pas du Duomo et des principaux musées (Accademia, Uffizi, Musée San Marco, Musée archéologique). Le mobilier est étudié en détail et confortable. L'appartement dispose d'un espace extérieur assez spacieux avec table et chaises sous une charmante pergola. La maison est équipée de tout le confort: chauffage et climatisation individuels; sa position permet d'accéder facilement et rapidement à tous les quartiers de la ville et aussi en banlieue (Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole); en fait, les principales lignes de bus ont un arrêt juste à côté de l'appartement.

I had the most wonderful stay here! Elisabetta is the kindest hostess, she was responsive to any need or request that I had. The apartment has been just great. The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay. The location was great. Many restaurants nearby. Train station was right outside. Walking distance to the Duomo and many other venues. The host was very responsive. Would stay there again.

Apartment is in a great location and our host Elisabetta was very helpful. Very roomy and we enjoyed the patio and decor and it was very clean. Beds are comfortable and was thankful for the 3 air conditioning units. All in all, this was a perfect place for our stay in Florence!

Clean, spacious apartment that gives all good vibes!! The host is so great, the location is perfect and we will be staying there again if we have the chance to come back. Tip: don't pass up the restaurants downstairs- they are worth it!!

Great location. Right near the Tram stop. Quiet at night. Good restaurants on the same street. Within walking distance of the Accademia and Duomo. Elisabetta was quick to respond to my messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Large and well laid out apartment for with two bedrooms and two separate baths. Comfortably furnished with IKEA style furnishings and cheerful artwork. Great beds, extra blankets and lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely outside terrace. Front bedroom is street side and right on the square, but with windows closed the street noise was minimal. Landlord was pleasant and very accommodating. We felt right at home.
