The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom consists of a ground-floor king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Outside, there are communal gardens with mature shrubs and furniture, ample off-road parking, access to a dog wash station and on-site laundry facilities, and two shared EV chargers available for a charge payable directly to the owners. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Note: Three nights' stay minimum. Note: This property is next to The Stalls and The Carriages.
