This place was fantastic, the highlight of our trip. We loved the set up of the condo, the rotation and the proximity to the beach. It was a very relaxing visit and we were able to connect with nature. We absolutely would visit again. I'm aware that it was the off-season, but it was frustrating trying to get information as to which places were open or not open as many of the websites for the local food places didn't specify whether they were open or when they were opening for the season. I asked the host for this information and he provided an info sheet through email, with several places on there no longer in business or revealing whether they were open/closed. A couple links on the info sheet were broken/404s.

What a great place!

It's clean and we loved staying in such a unique place. Steve was very friendly. There was a bit of a hiccup during check-in, but Steve resolved the issue promptly and professionally. We were very happy with our stay and plan to go again. :)

Fantastic property run by a fantastic host. Was very accommodating with incredible ocean views and kept us in the loop while still respecting our privacy.

Excellent but a bit pricey. Company www needs map connection - as it is hard to find. V. helpful and friendly owner. 3 Excellent restaurants nearby but even in July need an hours wait.

Fantastic condo!

Thank you to Steve and his family for a wonderful weekend away. The attention to detail in this rental is amazing.... well stocked kitchen supplies and a lovely basket of treats upon arrival. Would highly recommend this rental to those looking for a weekend getaway!

Having grown up in Cavendish every summer since he was a boy, Steve Arnold's love of the area and family brought him back after living in Montreal, Toronto, and Sydney Australia.

It was in Australia that he met Mr. Luke Everingham, owner/builder of the original Everingham Rotating House and decided that he wanted to build a similer house on the North Shore of PEI overlooking the beach.

in 2013 Steve & his wife Stephanie completed the rotating 2 level, 5000 sq ft Deltec home which features four self-contained luxury condos on the ground floor available for short or long term rental.

Watch a 10 min video about the history of rotating houses, including a time-lapse video of Around the Sea being built in the summer of 2012 and then come upstairs to the 200 ft deck surrounding the house for complimentary cookies & lemonade to view the spectacular view over the beach while the house is rotating!
