Waterfront, year round, 3 bedroom home with spectacular views of Brackley Bay. Perfect location to start your Island vacation. Close to beautiful National Park beaches, golf courses and the best seafood restaurants on the Island! Our home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, just a short 15 minute drive from the Charlottetown airport.

Enjoy a nice BBQ on our large outdoor deck or roast marshmallows on the propane fire pit. Spend a day kayaking on Brackley Bay, or just relax on the deck after a day at the beach and watch the eagles soar. The three season screen room provides a relaxing atmosphere to curl up and read a book, and our propane fireplace located in the main living area provides a cozy retreat on cool evenings.

We had a wonderful stay here! This property is top notch. It is close to all the beaches and a short ride into Charlottetown. The house is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. And you can't beat the incredible sunsets.

This was our second time staying at Bishop’s cottage and it was amazing. Location is ideal for getting to different parts of the island and the views of the bay from the backyard are outstanding. We look forward to returning!

We had such a magical time here - we never wanted to leave! The home was clean and bright and was the perfect spot for our first time traveling to the East Coast. Our host was lovely and made everything feel smooth and easy and welcoming. We will dream about when we can one day come back!

What a beautiful home! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, beach chairs and towels and toys provided, well-outfitted kitchen, central location — and a spectacular view. Melinda has thought of everything you may need for a family vacation. Especially loved morning coffee on the deck watching eagles swoop by and those sunsets! We had a wonderful 12 days — it was difficult to leave!

Fantastic, very spacious house in an outstanding ocean front location close to the P.E.I. National Park and the great Brackley Beach. The house, including its indoor and outdoor areas, is very well equipped, modern, well designed, cozy and super clean. Many other attractions like Anne of Green Gables, Charlottetown, Lighthouse Route and Fiddeling Fisherman in Souris can easily be reached. It has been a great pleasure communicating with Melinda, who has been very responsive and available, and provided excellent information prior and during our stay. We had a fantastic and enjoyable time in this very recommendable accommodation and would love to come back.

We loved our stay at this well maintained West Covehead home. The house is extremely well set-up and organized for cooking, dining, and general "hanging out". Watching the sunset on the deck was lovely, the area is very quiet and close to walking and hiking trails as well as numerous beaches. We were visited by eagles, lots of birds and a neighborhood red fox. We appreciated that the house looked exactly like the on-line pictures and the description was totally accurate. Melinda was super responsive to our questions and needs. I'd highly recommend this home if your travels take you to PEI.

Our family had such a fun time at Brackley Beach. The house is gorgeous and has beautiful sunset views. The beach and trails were a short drive away and kept us very busy. We can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing property.

So much room for everyone to enjoy our stay. Host thought of all our needs from kayaks for fishing, games, excellent reading material, fire pit, beautiful screened porch, telescope, and huge outside deck to enjoy the incredible views. Every family member wants to go back.

Beautiful Stay on Brackley Bay.

This spot is so lovely. The house was impeccably clean and roomy with lots of books and board games and puzzles. The location was beautiful. We loved sitting on the back patio overlooking the water in the morning and at night. A really charming spot overall that showcased the best of PEI.

Beautiful

We recently stayed here for our first trip to PEI and loved it! The location was great, with many amazing sandy beaches a short drive away. The view from the back deck was beautiful and made for some phenomenal sunsets. The house was clean, comfortable and modern and we felt right at home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first VRBO stay. A lovely home, very clean and so many thoughtful little touches, like raspberry cordial and Cows chips on arrival. My kids loved all the games, and there were whole book series like Percy Jackson. Good quality king bed (Endy), walk in closet and and rain shower in the Master. The best was the beautiful sunroom! The location is about 25 min from Cavendish. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Bishop's Cottage by the Bay was built in 2020, and our family has made lots of memories in our beautiful cottage. Mike is in construction and built the cottage himself. Melinda is a junior high school teacher who will do her best to ensure your stay is the everything you've ever dreamt!

MacMillan Point is one of the most popular areas on the North Shore of PEI. The community is quiet and serene, but has easy access to all the popular sites for your summer vacation.

Bishop's Cottage is located directly on Brackley Bay with stairs to the shoreline. Brackley Bay is perfect for kayaking (a tandem and a single kayak are included for guest use), paddleboarding, or just skipping rocks! For our beach days, we usually drive 5 minutes to enjoy the beautiful, sandy beaches at our PEI National Park. A National Park beach pass is included for our guests during their stay. Beach chairs, toys, cooler, and towels are available at the cottage.

The sunsets are spectacular from our property. It was actually the sunsets that pushed us to purchase the lot in MacMillan Point over 20 years ago!
