DIRECTEMENT OCÉANFRONT! Cottage Tybee entièrement restauré situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île. Cette location est un rêve devenu réalité pour tout vacancier bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié, de belles vues ... Vous ne voudrez plus jamais rentrer chez vous!

Deux chambres de maître King, deux salles de bains - plus un jacuzzi surdimensionné.
* Fenêtres sur toute la façade de la salle à manger, du salon et de la chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan Atlantique. Vues de Pier et Little Tybee.
* La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size avec un jacuzzi surdimensionné, ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète attenante avec douche et accès au pont. Profitez de la vue pittoresque depuis votre chambre.
* La deuxième chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bain privée avec douche dans la baignoire.
* Le salon partage son mobilier en cuir attrayant (grand lit), son foyer au gaz et son accès au pont.

The check in/out process was very easy. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Perfect location and the views were spectacular. We will be back!

OUTSTANDING LOCATION!

Perfect for town & beach accessibility. Many great places to eat, especially Paula Dean's restaurant. Also enjoyed eating/grilling on porch. Property itself showing very much age.

Great Location

This is the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. The condo was spacious enough for two couples and close enough to shops and restaurants for walking. The sand dunes and foliage offered a lot of privacy, yet you can still sit on the porch and look out over the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Clean, comfortable, roomy, beautiful location

My husband and I had a few extra days before business meetings in Savannah and chose the 18th St Cottage for a mini vacation. It was perfect! A cozy, yet roomy house with everything we needed and truly oceanfront; not just an ocean view. The weather turned chilly (end of February) but lucky for us, we had a lovely little fireplace to warm up with!

Tybee Spring Break

My family with two teenage boys had a wonderful time in Tybee for Spring Break. The public beach access is right next to the house. Very convienent. The view from the house was a little blocked by dunes, but very nice. The mattresses and couches are in need of an upgrade, but this house had everything we needed. We loved the location and had a great time as usual visiting Tybee Island!

Good house, bad town rules

House was in a great location and was dog friendly. Problem is, the town is not. They don't allow dogs on the beach and have a big fine if you do.

1 18th Street

Would have picked another week besides this one - Orange Crush. Traffic and restaurants closed. This was not what we expected but after the crowds were gone it was wonderful. Will come back and stay at this location. Just loved it.

Well-appointed property with PARTIAL oceanfront views. Great location. Comfortable Beds!

Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved the big tub. Property was well appointed. Property did NOT have a washer/dryer as advertised. We had really hoped to be able to do laundry. Oceanfront views are partial as dunes block some of the views. We spent a lot of time on the deck under the sun!

Amazing Find!

We were blown away by this property, the pictures dont do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The absolute best part of this property is the location. It is just steps from the beach access and maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach if that. You can see the ocean from the patio but there is a large sand dune that partially obstructs the view, however this takes nothing away from the patio. The property is within easy walking distance from shopping and dining. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

Our housekeepers pride themselves on leaving all of our homes squeaky clean for our guests. We are so happy you found our home so comfortable and well stocked. Great Location

This property is in an excellent location. It’s steps from the beach, corner lot, and only a few blocks from restaurants/shops. It also was clean and communication with property management was great. I only gave 3 stars for the fact that the listing was inaccurate and said sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa, which we needed since my older kids didn’t want to sleep together. I asked about it and was told they changed the sofa, and they were nice to drop off an air mattress for us. There was also wear and tear in several places. These next comments weren’t taken into consideration for the rating since there isn’t anything the management group can do about this and is only to make others aware to help with their rental decision. The a/c unit in 2nd bedroom is really loud. The laundry room is shared with the downstairs unit that is also rented and has to be accessed from outside. The unit downstairs has a patio that extends out so the upstairs deck overlooks them and makes it a little awkward since staring at each other when outside. Overall, our family trip to Tybee was a great experience and will come visit again!!

Spring Break 2022

Needed to book a last min trip for the kids for Spring break. Love that the cottage was right on the beach and pet friendly. Staff was super helpful with the check in process and made sure that we were well informed on everything. Great place to stay!!!

Perfect getaway location

This was our first time on Tybee Island and the property we stayed at was PERFECT!!! We will definitely come back to enjoy the beach and community of Tybee Island and hopefully get the same beachfront home.

Great time
