Le Surf Shack II (construit en 2015) est un condo de studio au 2ème étage situé à 50 mètres (littéralement un jet de pierre) de l'océan Atlantique. Profitez de notre plage immaculée et isolée et de notre piscine cristalline (ouverte en saison). Le Surf Shack II bénéficie d'un concept de design moderne avec un magnifique plancher de planches de luxe, des panneaux de lambris et des moulures de couronne. Laissez vos soucis fondre et profitez d'une boisson de votre choix, tout en profitant de nos magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'océan Atlantique à partir de l'un de nos 2 belvédères en bord de mer ou de nos sièges de balcon partagés au 2ème étage. Profitez de notre kitchenette complète, ou barbecue sur l'une de nos barbecues au charbon de bois en plein air et profitez de repas en plein air sur nos tables de pique-nique. Escapade parfaite pour un week-end romantique ou une retraite en famille ... regardez les dauphins éclabousser du belvédère de l'océan ... ne manquez pas le coucher du soleil disparaître sous les vagues de l'océan .... promenez-vous sur la plage de sable ... construisez un château de sable avec les enfants ... surfez sur le bateau ou pêchez sur la jetée voisine ... regardez les surfeurs accrocher dix .... ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine ...

Les draps et serviettes sont inclus: L'unité entière est nettoyée professionnellement avant votre séjour. L'unité est équipée de 2 jeux de draps, 4 serviettes de bain / débarbouillettes, 1 tapis de bain et 1 torchon. Il y a une buanderie à pièces dans le complexe.

Pertinence:
- Occupation maximale 4. Idéal pour 2 adultes ou 2 adultes avec 2 petits enfants.
- Ocean Sands est une COMMUNAUTÉ SANS FUMÉE (STRICTEMENT APPLIQUÉE).
Interdiction de fumer sur place.
- Désolé mais les animaux ne sont pas autorisés selon les règles du propriétaire
- 2 véhicules max sur la propriété par unité louée

Great stay!

I had a great stay in this unit for a long weekend. My favorite is the location- a short walk to the beach and down the road from Fort Macon State Park.

Great beach getaway

We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway.

The room was spotless. Only issue was the cleaning fluid overwhelmed us so we opened the windows, turned on the fans and went to dinner. Problem solved. Ocean Sands will be looking really nice next summer I am sure. Lynda

The perfect spot!!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation! When we entered, it was very clean and the AC kept the room very cool from the start. The beach was never crowded in front of the complex. It was a sandy beach and great for swimming! The pool was kept at the perfect temperature. It was clean and also not crowded. The location is fantastic. 10 minutes from the cute downtown of Morehead, which has great restaurants. Our favorite was sugarloaf island deli/yellowfin pub. It was also only 15 minutes from Beaufort where we did a few excursions and 30 mins from Emerald Isle…. Again, the perfect location! I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it for 2 people only. I would say it’s too small for kids, even though it has a futon/couch in addition to the bed.

The unit we stayed was very nice with the exception of the pull out sofa.It was not the normal pull out sofa.It did not have springs to give cushion when lie down. The sofa in my unit had wooden slats that were beneath the cushions.Very uncomfortable....let me repeat....very uncomfortable.The unit is described as sleeping for 4 people.NOT really.It would be kinda ok for 3 adults.If the pullout sofa had not been so uncomfortable I would rate this place higher.On the plus side....the pool was nice and easy to get to.The property was quite.The parking was good.The location was good and close to restaurants and a good grocery store.

Perfect for an isolated weekend for 2

It was the perfect size for two to stay and cook all our meals in. Easy beach access and folding chairs in the room made for a perfect relaxing weekend away from being stuck in our house for so long!

The property is right on the beach, and the people are friendly. The community offers a pool, 3 BBQ Grills, Outside Dining areas, a Fish Cleaning Station, and a huge area of untouched green grass. It's just the perfect place if you want to stay right on the beach and avoid the hassle of those crowded beaches. Did I mention the Surf Fishing is abundant and there is a little known sand bar just in front of the property which offers the perfect spot to catch that Red Drum. There are tons of fantastic restaurants in the area, the NC Aquarium is just minutes away and with Morehead City and Beaufort so close you will not run out of activities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Beach is Never-Crowded so it feels like you have it all to yourself. While the unit itself does not have an Ocean View, there are plenty of areas for outside seating that offer Marvelous Ocean Views. Pelicans and Dolphins can often be seen from our Beach Entranceway Gazebos. The Sunsets are out of this world!
