Goodview Haven est le lieu le plus récent et le plus flexible de Winona pour les retraites en petits groupes. Le Goodview Haven est une maison de retraite rénovée située à Goodview, à seulement 4,8 km du centre-ville de Winona.
La maison peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e pour la nuit ou pour des Ă©vĂ©nements de jour. Le Haven peut accueillir 13 personnes dans des lits jumeaux et doubles, et dispose d'une grande salle, d'un grand espace extĂ©rieur et d'une configuration technologique complĂšte pour des raccordements faciles et une connexion Internet Ă  trĂšs haut dĂ©bit. Louez la maison pour votre prochaine retraite d'affaires ou votre escapade de travail, ou prenez les copines pour un week-end ou faites une courtepointe (assurez-vous de consulter notre page sur les amĂ©nagements pour connaĂźtre les caractĂ©ristiques uniques de la maison!) . Notre cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e permet aux clients de faire leur propre nourriture ou de travailler avec un traiteur pour nourrir une foule.

Pour les rassemblements de jour, nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 60 invités dans nos espaces de rassemblement intérieurs polyvalents et spacieux patio extérieur sur un terrain boisé de 1 acre.

From start to finish, our experience at Goodview Haven was a dream! Check-in was a breeze and the photos in the listing don't even begin to do the property justice, and I mean that in the best possible way! Exploring the house was akin to a treasure hunt - every room was a fun discovery, and the house was squeaky clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! We were a group of 5 high school friends in town for a class reunion and the backyard was a perfect spot for a fire in the evenings and coffee in the morning. It is very evident that the owners take a great deal of pride in this property - there are so many "little touches" throughout the property that made us feel so welcome. We are already planning a future trip for a "milestone" birthday and hope to return to Goodview Haven. Thank you for making our high school reunion even more fun!

What an awesome house! We spent 4 days at the property and couldn't be happier. We had a group of 10 women. There were beds for everyone and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready each day. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We were also amazed by the back yard. It was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Thank you for letting us spend some time at Goodview Haven!

Great stay

A clean, comfortable, interesting, house stocked with every possible necessity for a homey stay. Six older friends enjoyed our time here. (All one level makes it especially convenient for those challenged by steps).The back yard landscaping is beautiful and restful.

Golf outing

For the past four years we have used this house as our base for our annual golf outing. The house is perfect for eight guys to have space yet also gather in the beautiful back yard. Very convenient to all types of stores. Owner is just wonderful. Would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house was a perfect fit for our group. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed to have a very productive meeting and wonderful social time together. The outdoor area was amazing! Not what you would expect to find "in town". The bedrooms and decor were so cozy and fun. We will most definitely be back!

Just spent three nights in this wonderful home, full of nostalgia and history. We enjoyed the space, the decor, the work room with big tables and lighting. Amazing place for groups and larger families

This space was amazing for our group size and was a great staging area for our activities in Winona. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out, but reconvene as a large group at the end of our daily activities. A great space to cook and share time together.

The owners of Goodview Haven, Erik and Jodi Brom both grew up in Goodview. Goodview Haven was Erik's childhood home, and Jodi grew up just a mile away. We live just a few blocks away on another piece of the original farm on which Goodview Haven is located. We are excited to make Goodview Haven available for your enjoyment.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Designed and built by Erik's parents from 1946 through 1957, it is in the Frank LLoyd Wright Usonian style. We remodeled the house and decorated the house staying with the mid-century style. The surrounding woods have the oldest trees in Goodview which provide a home for many kinds of birds.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Although it is located in town, on a busy street, it is on nearly an acre of wooded land. Both the interior and the back yard are very peaceful. It is a very flexible space perfect for a variety of events.
