Vue historique sur la montagne adobe complètement rénové en décembre 2017

C'est une belle maison adobe historique située dans le quartier exclusif des propriétés Harold Bell Wright. La maison est située sur un grand terrain avec vue sur la montagne. Super quartier pour la marche. Près des magasins, restaurants, canyon Sabino.

La maison a été rénovée en décembre 2017. Tous les nouveaux appareils, cuisine gastronomique, toutes nouvelles salles de bains, toutes les nouvelles suites. 3 chambres, lit king size en maître, queen size dans la deuxième chambre et des jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Tout nouveau centre de divertissement avec câble premium et internet. deux cheminées confortables. Concept ouvert cuisine et salle à manger. La maison est meublée avec des draps, des serviettes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, barbecue, table de feu en plein air et des sièges.

La maison est parfaite pour un long week-end ou plusieurs semaines de séjour. Réalisé sur commande pour le spectacle de gemmes, le tournoi de golf PGA, l'athlétisme UA, le Tour d'Tucson. Grand quartier de marche avec beaucoup d'oiseaux, de lapins et de belles vues sur la montagne.

15 minutes du campus de l'UA. À distance de marche de Beyond Bread et du centre commercial Monterey, à 5 minutes du centre commercial Park et à 20 minutes de Sabino Canyon.

C'est vraiment un pays dans l'expérience de la ville.

Peaceful & gorgeous

This property is gorgeous! Perfect for a couple or family. The house has a great floor plan with a perfect kitchen for cooking and visiting with family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet close to everything - we hope to stay here again when return.

Perfect property for families

We (myself, husband, three young children) loved our stay here. The photos don’t do the home justice-it is lovely and spacious with high end finishes throughout. We enjoyed the outdoor space and exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend booking!

Delightful Place to Stay in Tucson

This lovely home far exceeded our expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice! Everything was clean and up-to-date. We had one question about the Wifi and John was easy to contact and helped us resolve it immediately. I would absolutely stay here again!

Thanks, John, for this great home. Our family reunion was FANTASTIC thanks to your lovely home ! The home is beautiful, abundantly outfitted, newly renovated and easily met all of our needs. The location is perfect for us as I'm sure it would be for others who wish to be in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, but right in town --- close to so much. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a GREAT home to stay. As a matter of fact, we are already looking to rent from you again in the not-too-distant future!

Country setting in the city

Our stay at John's place was delightful. The photos truly do not do the home justice. It is in a lovely neighborhood of well kept older homes and has been beautifully renovated, nicely decorated, and so spacious inside. The backyard is very private and we enjoyed using the fireplace table and dining outdoors. We like to cook and the kitchen was huge, with lots of countertop and cupboard space for items that we brought... so many appliances too. John shared lemons from the backyard tree, which was a nice surprise! The location was very central to all of the sights we wanted to see in Tucson. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful Home

Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The backyard is beautiful and the house is lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It's a short drive to hiking, but a bit longer to downtown Tucson. I would recommend this property if you find yourself in the Tucson area.

Like staying at the Saguaro National Park!

Very lovely and awesome, like a 5 star hotel. Way better than the photos! Need new fotos to showcase tasteful elegance. All amenities were available which made our first night relaxed. Great walking neighborhood. Wildlife in the backyard. Convenient for our needs. Only problem was alarm system but Owner John was a phone call away and accommodating. Will stay here again! Thanks John for your hospitality.

Sisters weekend.

Loved that we had a beautiful private backyard and was easy to drive to Sabino canyon and the botanical garden. I would recommend taking Lyft to go downtown as traffic and road construction make driving there stressful. Otherwise quite relaxing

Beautiful home in quiet area close to town

Very nicely remodeled home on a larger lot with everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the new kitchen with attached dining area and connection to family room/living room area with gas fireplace. We used as home base during Tucson Rock & Mineral Show and the proximity to the show and restaurants, etc. worked out great!

Super clean, well furnished and set-up, as described -- in a really nice, quiet (perfect for walking) shistoric Tucson neighborhood close to so much but also very much in the desert. Five stars for sure.
