Enjoy this peaceful historic, and tastefully updated, bungalow located in the popular and historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Walking distance to the University of Arizona, eateries, parks, bars and centrally located in Tucson, AZ, close to all!

This home (A) has 3 bedrooms with 4 total beds and 1 bathroom – for a maximum of 5 guests. Please review the below details to make sure that the accommodations may work well for your group.

For additional space, you may also rent Guest House/B with 1 queen bed (2 guests) and a full bathroom.

This Home Has:

Bedroom 1 has a King bed - access is through bedroom 2 or the back patio.

Bedroom 2 has 1 twin bed – It is located in between Bedroom 1 and the hallway. It is possible to close this room off for privacy, however, access through the room is still needed for Bedroom 1 to reach the hallway.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo,

A full kitchen

A dining area

A living room

A covered front porch, and a covered back patio.

The enclosed backyard and separate laundry room, which may be shared with Guest House/B.

The backyard has a large turf lawn, outdoor lighting, multiple patios, and a grill.

There is free street parking available. There is one dedicated parking spot available when renting both homes A & B.

Love this place

Perfect spot to explore the university , walk to a football game and access Tucson. House was great, comfortable beds and living spaces. We loved the outdoor space to play cornhole and BBQ dinner. Would definitely stay here again

Graduation stay

We rented both A and B for our Daughter’s U of A graduation and were very happy with our stay. The houses were very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, walking distance to the University.

This property was exactly how it was described. Everything in order and Julie and Scott were awesome to work with. They made sure it was clean and comfy and was always there to answer any question we had quickly. If you're looking for a place... Get the Bungalow! :)

Beautiful place for student move in

We rented this charming and well-equipped home for my husband and I to get our Wild Cat settled. The three of us stayed here 3 days while washing and drying and preparing for freshman move in. It had lots of room, comfortable beds, an alarm, great a/c and is so close to campus. Easy running back and forth to get acquainted with campus. Close to everything. Love the decor. Julie responded quickly to questions. We will stay here again!

Snazzy and comfy

Great location for us — very central. Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Walking distance to U of A main campus with coffee shop, brew pub, and other conveniences in walking distance. Pretty cool just to walk around the neighborhood and check out the houses and AZ landscaping. If there are several in your group, consider getting the adjoining rental, too. Only one bathroom with the “A” bldg rental. Bldg's A and B share a backyard.

As a University of Arizona graduate, I have always been enchanted with the Sam Hughes Neighborhood in Tucson. Each home in the area has it's own charming historical character and it is walkable to the University and many close amenities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The central location allows easy access to all Tucson has to offer and is walkable to the University of Arizona. Our home maintains its historical charm but is fully updated. The backyard is an oasis with vegetation, a large, turfed lawn and lighting.
