Nous sommes un super hôte classé 5 étoiles sur l'air B & B!
Cet appartement est la moitié inférieure de notre maison. Nous vivons dans la partie supérieure. Il a été récemment rénové et très confortable. L'entrée est à l'arrière de notre maison. Nos invités ont accès au porche arrière, au barbecue, à la terrasse arrière et au foyer et sont les bienvenus pour explorer notre propriété. Nous avons du bois empilé à côté de la porte arrière. Nous avons 40 acres de terrain qui se trouve au milieu des montagnes Allegheny, vous êtes invités à explorer. Il y a des tonnes de randonnées, 3-5 terrains de golf, dont 2 sont à moins de 5 miles de la maison. Beaucoup de zones pour faire du vélo, dans les 5 miles de 2 lancements de bateaux sur le réservoir Allegheny! Super pêche et canotage. Ski de fond (si le temps le permet). Beaucoup d'endroits pour manger. peut faire du kayak dans les 10 minutes de notre maison

Peaceful Stay

This was my second stay with Steve and Kim. It is a peaceful little apartment in the country that has everything that you need. Nothing fancy, but a nice home away from home.

Steve and Kim are the best hosts. Great communication before and during our stay. Property was a great little property for our weekend trip. Pantry was well stocked and the property was very clean and really cozy. Thank you for a great trip.

Wonderful country setting.

This property is as advertised. Very comfortable, cute apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Kim and Steve are personable and ready to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Oasis in the country

What a perfect place to stay when visiting Warren County! The property is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Pennsylvania. Our wonderful hosts had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable. Kim had even baked a loaf of delicious apple bread for us.

Home Away From Home

We stayed here for 5+ weeks while our home was being repaired/maintained. And it really became our "home away from home"! Very clean 1-BR apartment with its own entrance. It has tasteful "woodsy" decor and fully equipped kitchen, bath, and other amenities you might need. Hosts Kim & Steve were welcoming and accommodating of all our needs. And the surrounding area of Scandia is so very pretty.

Great Country Location

I had a great 5-day stay for a kayak race in Warren. The property is exactly per the listing and was perfect for my visit. Lots of room to park your toys. Kim’s peanut butter cookies were great. The only warning is that the current internet can be a bit slow. No problem for browsing etc but could be a problem if you are trying to do work/download big files. Steve is planning to upgrade to a better system in a couple of months when it becomes available. The property is about 20 minutes from Betts park and within 5 miles of two boat ramps. I would definitely stay there again. Steve and Kim are great people.

Perfect Place, Perfect Hosts

Thank you Kim and Steve for a great stay. The apartment is ideal for a group of two to four with every amenity that one could ask. In addition to and outside fire pit and gas grill there are paths to stroll and stars to gaze. Inside there is a pantry that has just about everything one needs to cook, towels and bedding and air conditioning if needed. The property while located outside of Warren is a very easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants and the Allegheny river and National Forrest, (we were there for kayaking). Also it is an easy drive to Salamanca, NY and Ellicotville, Jamestown and the New York wine country. The hosts themselves are a very personable and friendly couple who will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. Thanks again, Kim and Steve

We have lived here for 39+ years and we can help you figure out where you may want to go and what you want to experience. We love the quiet country living this area offers. This land was my husbands fathers land before we purchased it from him. There is tons of hiking , Biking. sled riding, 3-5 golf courses, 2 of which are within 5 miles of house. We are within 5 miles of 2 boat launches on the Allegheny reservoir! Great fishing and boating. Cross Country skiing (weather permitting). Lots of places to eat. We have lived here for 39+ years and we can help you figure out where you may want to go and what you want to experience.

We have 40 acres of land that you are welcome to explore. There is tons of hiking , 3-5 golf courses, 2 of which are within 5 miles of house. We are within 5 miles of 2 boat launches on the Allegheny reservoir! you can be kayaking in the reservoir within 10 minutes of leaving our home! Great fishing and boating. Cross Country skiing (weather permitting). Lots of places to eat. Within 50 minutes of 3 different ski resorts and much cheaper to stay here and drive there to ski. We also usually have snow for most of the winter so that you can enjoy winter sports.
We have lived here for 39+ years and we can help you figure out where you may want to go and what you want to experience. Lots of birds. We often see deer, turkey, squirrels, woodchucks, foxes, coyotes, bears,hawks, eagles and many other critters. we have distant neighbors and the house sits 600 feet off the road. It is very quiet here and is a great area to view the stars.
