Had you notified us about these issues while you were in town, our team would have addressed where possible, & some of your frustration might have very easily been remedied. I'm so sorry about the noise. The property is located in a busy street where there are bars and restaurants which was mentioned on the description of the property. Parking is unfortunately out of our control. We are only allotted a finite number of passes from the city, & cannot accommodate parking for all guests. In the welcome info, we informed you where the local garages are & their pricing. Thank you for letting us know. I do hope you managed to have a great trip despite some of these issues & should you choose to return to Charleston, Stay Duvet would be happy to host you again at any number of properties here in town.
