This rental is good but please be aware it is very loud due to high 'party traffic'. You will hear the Charleston party scene well into the night. The adjoining rentals can also be very loud. There is parking but it's tight. So if you have a larger SUV vehicle, it will be a tight squeeze. The beds are comfortable.

We were able to get an early check-in which was helpful because we just wanted to drop off our luggage and explore the area. Very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee shop called Island Provisions within a block that we went to every morning..no need for a car...great location.

The place is lovely but needs a good painting. Doors out to the balcony need repair. The terrace has takeaway containers and cigarette butts under the couches. The stairs down to the door need to be cleaned more regularly.We had a great stay and its a great location and super comfortable beds and amazing shower and it was so helpful to have a second parking space. We had a fab time.

Great location close to all the action on King Street and located in a very safe area. Plenty of room for 6 adults who stayed. Very clean property, nice open kitchen to the living room area for a nice flow for a group. My only complaint about the property is someone was always parked in our parking spot and we had to find parking on the street. The management group did not respond when we reached out about the parking situation.

Girls trip

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. We had five in the group and slept comfortably on the king size beds. So nice for each room to have its own bathroom. Host was very responsive and super helpful with parking spots. Would stay again
my only request would be to be a little better stocked with towels.
