Bienvenue à Ocean House 1701! Ce condo fantastique est idéalement situé au coeur de Gulf Shores sur West Beach Blvd. Pratique pour des tas d'attractions shopping, restaurants et amusement!

Cette grande unité de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain est le condo parfait pour toute la famille. Deux suites principales, toutes deux avec accès au balcon, rendent ce condo extrêmement rare. Le roi maître à l'avant a un balcon orienté au nord avec une vue magnifique sur le lagon, il dispose d'un lit King avec dos attaché. La chambre principale du golfe a une vue imprenable sur le golfe depuis le balcon et une baignoire attenante jacks et jill. La 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux et salle de bain attenante. C’est l’endroit idéal pour que vous et votre famille veniez vous détendre.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères peuvent être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

The property sits on the beach. You can walk out the pool area onto the beach. I loved that feature the most. It has only one elevator but the wait wasn’t too bad. Overall I enjoyed the stay would just say bring things like extra toiletries and trash bags.

Loved the location a lot with it being right on the beach and the awesome gulf view from the balcony. The rooms were roomy and our family of four had plenty of room. The only criticism I have is the room wasn’t perfectly clean upon arrival, there was a few hairs in the master bedroom sink and the twin room sink. There was also a used hypodermic (it looked like an insulin type injection) in the master bedrooms dresser drawer. The unit could use some updates to the fixtures i.e. the shower heads are pretty old and worn, and the toilets are all the short and round bowls which aren’t comfortable for men to use. I know on a beach with the high humidity it can be hard to maintain but the caulking around the tubs and showers is cracked out pretty bad in areas. All in all though, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Quick Beach Trip

Older unit but perfect for our needs. Very roomy, and slept 5 perfectly. 3 bathrooms also a big help. Never a problem parking and Elevator was very fast. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was really clean and right on the beach. Great place for a family to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and everything you need. The front bedroom was bright all night long from the outside lights and needs blackout curtains. Also, until we arrived, we didn't know there is a fee for a parking pass.

Excellent location

This is an excellent location! It isn't updates, but it was clean. The balcony is a perfect level to watch sunrises, beach storms, and the waves. You will have easy pool/beach access is perfect for all travelers. You do need to pack spices, trash bags (only one provided), and other basics.
