Condo récemment rénové à Corona Del Sol. Unité de placard à la plage immaculée, à seulement quatre minutes à pied! Lits Queen dans chaque chambre et deux canapés-lits qui se transforment en lits Queen dans le salon. Coin repas avec table et chaises pour huit personnes. Wifi et terrasse spacieuse avec des tables et des chaises pour huit. Le sommet du bùtiment est un patio communautaire offrant une vue complÚte sur la magnifique mer de Cortez. Cuisine complÚte, laveuse et sécheuse. Tout le confort de la maison! Deux piscines, jacuzzi, salle de sport, tous sur place. C'est une communauté fermée et gardée.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Puerto Penasco, the host sent us easy to follow directions and a lot of tips for thearea. The kitchen and living room are so roomy and comfortable . Large windows and a patio we could see the beach from. Our kids practically lived in the pools there. Beds and rooms were comfy and clean. We had a great trip and would definitely stay again! This place had everything we needed for an easy and safe stay in MX.

Felt like Home!

It was such a beautiful and very comfortable place. All the amenities were in place. We didn't have to worry about anything besides the food. It's a quiet community and walking distance to the beach. I love the location and this condo! We will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, cozy, secure property that was everything it promised to be and was as pictured in the ad. Out Host was very communicative, and reached out ahead of time with everything I needed to access property. There was a lovely binder at the residence with tips, ideas, and local information.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay and I plan to book this lactation again soon. The beach was great and less than a 5 minute walk. I just wish the Wi-Fi was better.

The condo well located a very short walk to the beach. Every amenity one could need was available. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We will definitely return!

Short weekend trip to the beach

The condo and complex were perfect for us. All that we needed was in the condo and it had a nice setup and balcony. AC was cool and it was nice to have pool access when it was too hot to head to the beach. Easy walk to the ocean was a bonus.

Great Experience

Such a great condo. Property well maintained; staff all welcoming and friendly. Safe and secure and quiet. Beach access within minutes of property. Views from the 6th floor are amazing, especially at sunset. Host are very welcoming and detailed with tips and recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Fiesta Siesta was a GREAT stay! The host were very responsive and answered all questions, they even sent a bunch of very good info beforehand. Property and Condo was very clean and secure. Condo is very spacious and has everything you need. The only Con, is that there is only 1 stair case 1 way up/down the condo is the last one so its a bit of a walk. Also at night not very good lighting.

Great Stay!!

We loved our stay it was clean and owner was available for us in case of any issue. There was an issue with the ac which is out of owners control but we contacted Jeff and he got it fixed immediately. The owners are very accommodating and we enjoyed their beautiful place I can’t say enough good things! We will be looking forward to staying here again! They have it decorated nice, toys, movies for the kids I mean they have everything you could need. They even give you a run down of things you can enjoy while you stay. Great experience!!! Check in was easy, the pools are great and the beach is close! Thank you again! We look forward to our next stay here it was amazing working with owners like you guys!

Great rental near the beach

The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. They have all the appliances you’d need (bring a grinder if you like to grind coffee beans). New appliances. Beds were okay. The grounds of the place were a little strange. There seemed to be a lot of work going on. The gate workers remembered us quickly and were hospitable. The hot tub was not working the whole time we were there, but the pools were in good shape and well maintained. Lots of kids in the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend if being directly on the beach is not a priority. The owners were responsive and helped us get some very minor issues resolved quickly. For the price, it’s a great situation.

They would bring all their young children, now all grown, to stay on the beach in tents and campers. The beautiful surroundings and people made this special place a favorite for the Ford family!

Our dream was to one day own a home, close to the beach in beautiful Puerto Penasco! The Las Conchas area is not as much of a "party zone" as Sandy Beach is, but if you like the "party zone" it is still just minutes away!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quiet area. Cedo is just down the street! Beach is not crowded and just a more laid back atmosphere compared to Sandy Beach! Much less congested and serine!
