Dicks Creek Rd Whittier NC - 5 milles de Sylva NC et 14 milles de Cherokee NC

Cabine très confortable avec beaucoup de charme. Wrap-around porche entoure la cabine avec beaucoup de chaises à bascule pour profiter de la belle vue et le ruisseau se précipiter ci-dessous. Cette cabine confortable sera votre maison loin de la maison. Un escalier en colimaçon vous mène à la chambre en mezzanine où la grande fenêtre au-dessus du lit constitue votre tête de lit et vous donne l'impression de dormir au grand air.

La cabine se trouve à mi-chemin de la montagne à environ 3100 pieds d'altitude. Parfait pour profiter des fraîches nuits d'été et du beau feuillage d'automne. Il est isolé, cependant, il y a des voisins suffisamment proches pour votre confort et vous êtes à seulement 5 miles de Sylva en Caroline du Nord où vous avez tous les derniers restaurants ainsi que Super Walmart pour vos courses et vos nécessités.

Il y a beaucoup à faire, comme le casino Harrahs (à 20 minutes) et un trajet en train pittoresque à Bryson City (à 20 minutes). Nous sommes également à seulement quelques minutes du rafting, du dirt bike, des sentiers de VTT, des tubes, des magasins et bien plus encore. Si vous préférez rester tranquille, il y a beaucoup de matériel de lecture ainsi qu'une table de jeu avec de nombreux jeux pour vous occuper et partager un moment de qualité avec vos proches.

Nous avons également une cabine supplémentaire sur la propriété qui est disponible à la location si vous avez une plus grande fête,

Very cute little blue cabin! Perfect weekend get away for my husband and I! The cabin was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Sitting on the front porch while listening to the creek was the perfect spot!

The picture has a nice clean area, there was so much overgrowth that you couldn’t enjoy any kind of a view or landscape. We paid 75.00 so we could take our dog. There was no place for our dog to go to the bathroom outside. We had to walk down the driveway down the road. The driveway was so hard to get in and you have to park on a steep hill. There was a junkyard right next to the cabin. Mosquitoes and bugs were horrible. We could not get upstairs to the bedroom because of the spiral staircase that was so tiny that neither my wife or I could get up we had to sleep on the sleeper sofa, which was horrible. Got up in the morning and there was no cold water in the shower. We were supposed to stay from Sunday night to Thursday morning. We left the first thing Monday morning. We could not stay there. Went to use the oven and it was filthy.

We hate to hear that you were disappointed. We can't address what we do NOT know about. Not sure why you didn't try and contact us or VRBO. That is not overgrowth, it is the foliage we purposely let grow taller for privacy. Our pet fee is $70 - there are places for dogs to take care of their business - on the property of course you would need to clean up after your pet just like you would at a hotel - you can walk your dog(s) up or down the road and there are plenty of places you would not have to pick up after your dog(s). We do have mosquitoes/bugs at times - not always, we live in the mountains - however they are not horrible. There is a picture of the spiral staircase on the site - the majority of our guests are able to get up and down without a problem-sleeper sofa's are not ideal I get it (some guests have said it is comfortable for a sleeper sofa) - we do have extra mattress pad w/extra padding to help. My husband has a large truck and is able to pull over the bridge. You do not have to park on the incline you can park by our cars. There is NOT a junkyard next to our cabin. Our neighbor does have work trucks and stuff. The cabin our guests stay in is tucked up against the National Forest - so from in the cabin you don't see his yard - you may be able to from the porch if looking in that direction but not much. Our guests after your visit did mentioned the water was too hot in the shower and it was taken care of. The oven needs to be wiped down however not filthy.

We welcome you and yours to share our relaxing cozy cabin located on the side of the North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains. Come to the mountains to slow down, take a deep breath and relax!

We really like the location of the property because it is close to several activities. We only live about 45 - 60 minutes from the property so it is easy for us to leave the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains and the activities offered. There are two small towns, Sylva and Dillsboro, approximately 5 miles from the cabin.
