Enjoy the sound of the creeks that surround this home! An adventure that provides wonderful memories that you will be taking home. Bring your Subaru or other all wheel or four wheel vehicle to navigate the roads around the area. This home affords our guests to have multiple places to sit outdoors to relax and unwind. Upstairs bedroom has a deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or the screened porch to enjoy your favorite beverage or meal. Bring that book you’ve been wanting to read and sit in the peacefulness of nature catching up on your reading! The upstairs has a king bed, double head shower, double vanity, and a coffee bar. The loft area has an adjustable desk and workspace. Walk a short trail and relax by the waterfall or enjoy a picnic by the creek. Wildlife is abound in the community; deer, turkey; and other wildlife has made this their home also. While visiting you can enjoy beautiful sunsets at the overlook or skybox; explore the lower creek while taking in all that nature has to offer! This adventure does requires all wheel or four wheel drive vehicles - leave the minivan at home...

Totally private, lots of wildlife, gorgeous views, and attentive/responsive hosts. Whispering Waterfall is absolutely magical, our favorite place to stay in the area (which also has tons to offer if you like hiking and/or fishing). Note: You'll definitely want AWD to reach the cabin!

The property was perfect for our stay. It was easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and there was lots of indoor/pitdoor space for gathering. There was wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening.

Wanted a change of scenery for my birthday, and this 'cabin' was the best for enjoying Nature at her best! Fully equipped for guests and their cooking, relaxing and sleeping 'needs'. Be prepared for mountain driving on a gravel road.

A little difficult to find but host responded immediately and led us there. Property was immaculate. Screened porch wonderful for just relaxing and good conversation. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and stocked, and kitchen had everything one could need. We hiked two trails during our stay and location couldn't have been any closer to the GSMP. Excellent cabin and host! Highly recommended!

The cabin was cozy, clean, and modern, with an amazing view. We had a bit of an adventure finding it up the mountain at night, but we made it. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Overall, a great property.

We enjoyed everything. The cabin was beautiful and nestled quietly in the mountains with a beautiful waterfall just steps away. We loved the small town feel and the train ride. It was a perfect way to celebrate our 25th anniversary!!

The cabin is beautiful and cozy! We loved the gas logs in the fireplace! This cabin is in the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas like Cherokee, Bryson City, Pigeon Forge and Biltmore Estates. If you perfect to hike and stay close to the cabin offers this as well. ! We loved it!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and in a fairly secluded area. I do recommend you have a four wheel drive vehicle to access as the climb up was kind of hard m/rough in a car. Follow directions to the cabin provided by the hosts, we did not and got lost trying to find it.

Very nice cabin. Smelled brand new. Very clean. Just a few minutes walk to nice waterfall. Owner/host quickly responded when we had a question. 20 minutes from town and 25 minutes from NOC white water rafting. Only negative is there are some steep gravel roads to get there. Don’t necessarily need 4 wheel drive but I wouldn’t drive a car.

Cozy cabin hidden away in the mountain! It was an adventure getting there in the dark and I would suggest arriving in the day if you aren't used to all wheel drive and back roads. We looooved the cabin. It was super clean and peaceful. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home! We slept good every night and the mountain view down the road was so beautiful!! I wish we could have stayed longer. So relaxing and peaceful. It was perfect!

Such a beautiful place very quiet and beautiful sunsets. Make sure you go visit the two chairs up on the mountain and watch the sunset. Absolutely stunning.

Spent 20 years in Virginia prior to moving to the mountains of western North Carolina. During the past 21 years I’ve enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and exploring the backwoods and waterfalls throughout the area.

Wonderful place to unwind from our busy schedule. Plenty of wildlife, walking paths and beautiful overlooks of the surrounding mountains! The travel to surrounding activities is an easy drive being that the community is so centrally located. We are surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Deep Creek National Park, Forrest Service land, and close to the Appalachian Trail.
