Marcher dans le parc de votre porte! Belle cabine toute neuve à la limite du parc national de Zion vous donne la possibilité d'accéder à la piste de Rim Est, Point d'observation, et les sentiers de liaison à pied. Cinq minutes à pied des sentiers de Sion; 15 minutes en voiture de l'entrée Zion Park East.

Plan d'étage ouvert avec 2 chambres, mezzanine, et 2. 5 salles de bains; cuisine entièrement équipée (apportez votre propre nourriture ;-). Lit Queen dans la suite principale, lit Queen dans la chambre du bas, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 lit superposé et un futon jumeau dans le loft; 9 personnes. Laveuse / sécheuse, foyer au gaz, accès Internet haute vitesse, collection de disques Blu-ray avec deux lecteurs Blu-ray; 5. 1 système de cinéma maison et deux téléviseurs à écran plat. Places assises dans la grande salle et mezzanine. Wrap-around, terrasse couverte de 600 pieds carrés donne sur le coucher du soleil. Gril à gaz, foyer au gaz et sièges à l'extérieur vous permettent de vous détendre et de regarder les étoiles sortir avec un dîner et un verre de vin.

Situé à Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort (classé parmi les 6 meilleurs centres de villégiature au pays) avec accès à des équipements tels qu'une piscine et un bain à remous, un mini-golf, des excursions en VTT, un trampoline à l'élastique, du paintball, un mini-golf, de l'équitation et de l'escalade mur, terrain de basket, terrain de tennis, tyrolienne et visites guidées; le tout facilement 5 minutes en voiture de votre porte! NOTE SPÉCIALE: notre route de gravier n’est pas déneigée. Pendant la saison morte (mi-novembre à mi-mars), il peut être difficile ou impossible de naviguer en fonction des chutes de neige, même avec 4 roues motrices et un véhicule à grand dégagement. De plus, la neige fondante crée une boue très glissante. Il est important de prendre en compte les conditions météorologiques lors de la planification de cette période de l'année! Parce que les conditions météorologiques sont parfois imprévisibles, nous PERMETONS les annulations / remboursements jusqu'au jour de votre voyage PENDANT LA HORS SAISON en raison des conditions météorologiques.

This was a lovely home on a very private, quiet location. It had all we needed and very comfortable. Just know the location is 40 minutes from the south entrance of Zion NP. We did not take advantage of the hiking near the cabin.

This cabin is a gem. The birds and other wildlife add to its charm. It’s convenience to a couple of nearby trailheads, is also a plus. We went to the resort for some hot tub time and enjoyed some of the amenities there, as well. My only complaint is that the coffee pot is slow. We just planned ahead more, after we determined that. Set it for an hour start time, before you want it, and it’s perfect! It was the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this cabin, for a more quiet secluded Zion experience. And, the drive, through the east entrance of Zion, is Spectacular!

Lovely cabin close to the Eastern Rim of Zion with two trailheads- that have shuttles available from the local resort just down the hill from the cabin. full kitchen and coffee makers/blenders, fridge, and washer/dryer. Nice two bedrooms on the main level and a loft for the kids- which our two littles enjoyed. There was plenty of information about the surrounding area and maps even at the cabin to plan your activites. We would love to stay here again, we were limited by some rain/snow with our adventures, but really enjoyed the serene quiet- and dark skies for star gazing right at the cabin. It was a welcome retreat from the busy springdale/zion crowds down in the canyon. The road up from the resort was well managed with our 2 wheel drive rental toyota suv, but could see if it had snowed would have been difficult without 4wd.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Great property with close access to Zion & Bryce

Everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to answer questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. The house was very clean and you can walk to some trails in Zion from the house. Highly recommend.

The "cabin" was amazing--clean, up-to-date, well-stocked, spacious. Communication was amazing. It was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy Zion, and connect with others.

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

We appreciate your review so much; thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback! Since we are situated on the eastern park boundary, we are indeed a bit removed from the "main," busiest area of the park - ideal for when you want to simply hike into the park from your doorstep. :-) It is, however, important to plan ahead for drive time when needed! We love knowing that we were able to help make our guests' experience with us one to remember. :-) Thank you for being great guests; it was truly a privilege to host you! We LOVE Zion! We have been exploring this area for over 20 years now, and consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to split our time between here and WA state. When we built a home here, we designed it with our ideal adventure base in mind. Since hiking and exploring are some of our passions, we chose a location where we could get to the trails without having to wait for crowded entrance lines or shuttles. It gives us joy to be able to share a place that we love with others!

Peaceful, quiet setting within walking distance of some of the Park's most amazing trails. Easy access 15 minute drive to Zion National Park's much less-crowded east entrance. Short drive to a multitude of resort amenities like horseback riding, climbing wall, zip-line, Jeep tours, rappelling, resort-style pools & hot tubs, 4 wheelers, guided tours, basketball, restaurant, etc., five minutes away.
