Un chalet confortable, parfait pour une retraite à la côte et à la campagne

Une maison individuelle confortable avec cuisine, salon, salon / salle à manger, véranda, trois chambres (1x king size, 1x double et 2x lits simples) et une toilette / salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et douche électrique.

La maison est accueillante et accueillante, elle peut accueillir six personnes dans les trois chambres. Un canapé-lit dans le salon peut accueillir deux autres invités «temporaires».

La véranda est idéale pour dîner ou se détendre, en admirant le jardin, la campagne et la mer.

La maison est à double vitrage, avec chauffage central au fuel et présente des pierres apparentes, des poutres apparentes, une cheminée à l'anglaise, deux poêles multi-combustibles, des jardins privés et un grand parking hors route.

Le patio extérieur est idéal pour manger «en plein air» et pour se détendre, profiter de la vue et de l'air frais. Vous pourrez vous promener dans le jardin et le verger. Il y a un petit étang dans le jardin et les enfants devront donc être surveillés. De plus, il y a deux ruches d'abeilles dans le verger, qui sont à une certaine distance de la maison et ce sont des abeilles douces. Cependant, les enfants et les animaux domestiques doivent être surveillés, afin de ne pas déranger ces aides jardiniers occupés et leur maison.

Veuillez noter que Hafod Boeth est sur une étroite route de campagne et que les véhicules extra larges peuvent donc avoir du mal à s'approcher.

It was a pleasure to host for Maria and her family and I got to meet them all too. They certainly made the most of their stay, including a trip to Ireland, but they also seemed to enjoy their stay in my home, with its facilities and views. They really looked after the place, it was left very clean and tidy, they had even stripped the beds and collated towels etc. all very much appreciated. I’d love to welcome Maria and her party back, if they return to the UK and visit North Wales again and I recommend other hosts to accept a booking request from her too. Thank you -x-

Summer break in

Beautiful cottage , so relaxing and the views of the sea .Craig was great to deal with , had some goodies for us on arrival.Idilic location, near enough to towns but the quiet countryside as well to relax and over look the sea views and the most beautiful garden .The house itself is gorgeous, loads of corners to chill and relax . Thanks again for a lovely break

Fantastic cottage

Our family stayed at the cottage in April. The property is cosy and set in a picturesque location. Far enough out to feel away from it all yet still only a short drive to some great days out. The garden is beautiful with brilliant views of the coast. Our kids loved the gardens and the house. The owner has created a gorgeous set up which makes you feel at home no matter the amount of days you stay. We’ll definitely be heading back to stay.

It was a pleasure to meet and host for Craig and his party, during their stay at Hafod Boeth. He kept in contact both before and during his stay, which was very much welcomed and reassuring, for both parties. They looked after my home and the place was left tidy, collating all towels for me in the bathroom and ensured all pots and cutlery were washed and put away, all very much appreciated. I’d recommended Craig to other hosts and would love to welcome him back, if he decides to return to visit the area.

Hello, I'm Craig, the proud owner of Hafod Boeth, a detached stone property set in the heart of Gwynedd in beautiful North Wales.

I’ve owned the property for quite a number of years, although the building has been here for over 150 years and so I consider myself merely as the latest trustee. Hafod Boeth is definitely not new and I'm certainly not new to the area. I have previously lived in Criccieth and I’m a regularly visitor to, and supporter of all, parts of the region, as I have done since I was a little boy (so well over 45 years of being in the region) and now have many good friends & neighbours.

I pleased to be able to share my home, with select guests, who will appreciate & look after the property whilst I’m away with work.

Hafod Boeth is well equipped with all modern amenities whilst retaining that character, safe and homely feel.

I'm the joint owner of a small business providing regulatory business services to small retail investment firms and fortunate to be able to regularly work from home.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with family and friends, taking in the outdoors/scenery, walking and relaxing on the beach and so we're spoilt for choice in North Wales. Other interests include socialising (drink and food), movies and film, music, the internet, gardening and slowly learning Welsh.
