Situé à Wildwood Crest. Cette maison est à seulement un pâté de maisons du lac Sunset! Les 3 chambres peuvent accueillir 8 personnes et le canapé-lit peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Dans la chambre des maîtres est un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit double, la troisième chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux. La salle de la Floride a un canapé-lit double pour 2 personnes. La propriété dispose de 2 salles de bain complètes avec douche à l'italienne. Il y a un grand salon et salle à manger ouvert idéal pour se détendre en famille après une journée à la plage. Nouveaux appareils 2018 (le lave-vaisselle est vieux mais fonctionne) Il y a un salon à l'avant de la maison pour prendre un livre et se détendre. Détendez-vous sur le pont avant et profitez du calme dans lequel Wildwood Crest est connu, ou installez-vous dans le patio arrière sous le parasol pendant que vous cuisinez sur le gril. La cour arrière est clôturée pour les enfants et la vie privée.

Great House in the Crest

Wonderful stay with kids and in-laws at this house. Rambler Ave is an excellent spot for beach and bay walks and had everything we needed. Owner is a fast communicator and thoughtful host, highly recommended.

Great location and super roomy!!

My husband, son and two pups rented this cute and comfortable beach home. It was perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet, one short block from Sunset Lake and two short blocks from the beach. It even had a fenced in backyard… What a gift for the pups!! Nicole was an amazing host. She was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely rent from her again. Thank you for a stress-free vacation.

Plenty of space to have a comfortable visit

This house was bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. My family of 6 people and 4 pets had plenty of space to move around with room to spare. The landlady Nicole was very communicative and responsive. We had a pleasant visit with no major issues at all. We would recommend this shore house for future stays.

Excellent place

This place was more than enough space for our family of five. My kids are too old to stack on top of each other in a hotel room so we went with a house closer to the bay. I think two families could share with no problem. Clean, close to everything, one block from Sunset Park. It was perfect. We just drove th car from the driveway, around the corner and straight down to the beach at Rambler. 2 min drive. My kids have already requested we rent there next year. Highly recommended

Take Pictures

When you arrive, take pictures documenting the conditions of everything, date and time stamp. When you leave, do the same, take lots of pictures, date and time stamp. Also, check out all of the facilities. When we arrived on Saturday the toilet was slow running, a condition that got increasingly worse so we contacted the homeowner first thing Monday morning. A plumber arrived on Tuesday and found an object had been flushed down the toilet. Clearly from the previous tenant. We were charged for cost and as we had not documented this on our arrival, we had no recourse. We were also told we didn't take the trash, a falsehood but as we had not photographic documentation we, again, had no recourse. An expensive lesson learned.

Hello Eileen I’m sorry you were unhappy with your stay. When went wrong the property it clearly says in contract to contact me if anything is unsatisfactory, spoke to you after you and the family had settled in. Nothing said for 3 days later @10pm Sunday July 3rd. Explained to you was a holiday and the plumber advised you what to do and would see you the following morning but was a holiday charge being Monday July 4th. You had agreed to have it fixed. He did just that. I stayed at the property the week before you arrived and both bathrooms worked fine. As well as the stains and the chest that was an antique that was pried open. Again I’m sorry you weren’t happy with your stay. Nicole

Points positifs : - Bien situé par rapport à la plage (10 minutes de marche) et au Boardwalk - Grande maison, secteur tranquille, près de tout Points négatifs : - La propreté laisse à désirer à certains égards - Le bâtiment et les meubles sont vieux mais fonctionnels Concernant l'accueil : Les communications avec la propriétaire ont été difficiles avant notre départ. Nous avons tenté d'avoir de l'information sur l'accueil avant notre arrivée, sans réponse. Par contre, à notre arrivée, nous avons téléphoné à la propriétaire, qui s'est présentée rapidement (30 minutes plus tard). Concernant notre départ : Il y a eu un malentendu à notre départ. La propriétaire a cru que nous avions brisé un lit, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Après discussion, la propriétaire a corrigé le tir et notre dépôt nous a été remboursé.

Location is perfect for us. Quiet and able to park in driveway and on street in front without meters. Not too far of a walk to the beach. House is older but homey. Plenty of room so we weren't on top of one another. No longer a tree out back and guessing because of such a hot summer and pet friendly, grass is dry. I think former renters did a some damage to cabinets and blinds but owners are fixing problems. Communication with owner was great. Nicole responded to any questions. Even brought us more knives when needed.If you have smaller children bring some games. There is a big room in the back with floor room to play and door to outer deck and yard. Get the parking app if you need to venture into Wildwood. It's helps. Although there are nice restaurants and stores in The Crest. Acme of course too.

Wonderful Beach House

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in Wildwood Crest and we've been coming here for years! The house was in a quiet and convenient location with a very homey feel. We felt right at home upon entering! The fenced in yard and front porch was perfect for our dog. She loved the house! You can't beat the location! It was a very close walk to beach and Sunset Lake. Nicole was a great host! She was very accomodating and very responsive and took that extra step to make sure the house and our visit was perfect! I would most definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend! Thank you Nicole for a wonderful vacation!

Had a wonderful two weeks. Manager was very easy to work with. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. Best was bringing our furry friend. She was happy to be with us as well. Will look to rent this again!

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our family. There was enough space that we weren't tripping over each other. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer there for when we got back from the beach. It just made everything so much easier. Nicole was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for having us and I hope to stay there again in the future.
