Guest house - emplacement et vues

La maison d'hÎtes située au nord de Rudasell, à l'ouest du 1er. C'est dans un quartier calme, à la fin de la route, a une belle vue sur les montagnes et la faune quand il s'agit d'une visite. Il est meublé mais pas surclassé, s'il vous plaßt regarder les photos ou poser des questions.
La maison d'hÎtes est une structure séparée avec sa propre passerelle mais partage le stationnement avec une maison principale (occupée par le propriétaire).
Il ya une kitchenette avec vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles et poĂȘles, cafetiĂšre, micro-ondes, cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique, un lave-vaisselle et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Il y a aussi une machine Ă  laver et un sĂšche-linge ainsi que des draps.
Il n'y a pas de clĂŽture autour de la propriĂ©tĂ© qui signifie que si vous venez avec un animal de compagnie, il doit rester Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou vous devez garder un Ɠil sur votre animal de compagnie.
Il est à 15 minutes en voiture de l'université d'Arizona et à 20 minutes du centre-ville. Le populaire centre commercial La Encantada de Tucson est à 6 minutes, St. Phillips Plaza avec les meilleurs restaurants est à moins de 8 minutes en voiture. AccÚs à proximité de divers sentiers de randonnée, terrains de golf et articles de premiÚre nécessité.

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about this vrbo. The location was perfect for us, close to many attractions, hiking opportunities, and shopping areas. The unit itself had everything we needed, washer and dryer, great appliances, nice bed and linens, great outdoor space with wildlife nearly every night

Christmas Getaway

Great location - so much to do just within 10 mins - and also so peaceful and private. Scott & Svetlana were so helpful with nearby sights and activities. Casita was clean and very comfortable, We enjoyed the birds and wildlife right outside the doors!

Paradise

This bungalow is warm, cozy and inviting! We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we walked through the door. It’s conveniently located and yet still secluded.The hosts are friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place

Everything was perfect, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We saw lots of animals: roadrunners, rabbits, coyotes and bobcats as well as about 20 species of birds. Magical Casita

I was visiting my son and this location was close to his apartment. It is a lovely spot overlooking a small canyon. Families of quail and relaxing views of the mountains. Svetlana thought of everything. A very comfortable stay!!

Birds and hiking in the wash

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Scott and Svetlanas guest house. They were so helpful. The guest house was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked to take our dog on walks in the wash which the guest house overlooks. The highlight was feeding and watching all.the birds.

A True Gem in the Foothills

We stayed a couple of weeks in this Casita and enjoyed every minute! It was even better than described. The Casita is a perfect setting for two, with beautiful sunset views on the hills and a serene atmosphere while being close to everything Tucson has to offer. Our hosts, Svetlana and Scott made us feel at home from day one. We'll be back!

Perfect

A very sweet, quiet, & comfortable casita that felt like home immediately when we entered her. The backyard sitting area with the parade of quails was just what we wanted in an outside area. And the owners were very kind, enjoyable to talk with, & helpful. The kind of neighbors I would want back home. We needed to relax and relax we did.

Really feels like you are out in the country far away from the City but you are not

This is a wonderful place with a comfy bed. You will love sitting in those outdoor rocking chairs next to the wash as the sun sets. Very quiet with no road or city noise and everything you might need is within a 5 or 10 minute drive. We were there a month plus and eventually saw bobcats, coyotes, a horned owl, roadrunner and quail right on the property! Then javalinas next door. We really enjoyed meeting Scott and Svetlana. They are amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable about their area.

A Perfect Place for Two

We enjoyed our two-month stay in "our" little casita. Located in the foothills of northern Tucson, we were close to major highways, making traveling around Tucson convenient. The little home is in a quiet, secluded area. Our gracious hosts lived next to us and were there if we needed anything while giving us the privacy we enjoyed. We had a beautiful view from the living room, kitchen and patio. With Pima Canyon and the Catalina Mountains behind us and coyotes, quail, and other wildlife walking through the yard, we couldn't ask for more. We had a true southwest experience...

Beautiful quiet location north of downtown Tucson

Super nice property with lots of birds, wildlife and vegetation that we thoroughly enjoyed during our 10-week stay. Scott and Svetlana are great hosts, eager to please, and very accommodating for whatever is needed.The neighborhood and long wash below the property are perfect for walking a dog, since Tucson and Pima County overall are not very dog-friendly.This location is also tucked away north of the downtown area so it is quiet and close to Oro Valley and Catalina State Park with several dog-friendly trails within a 15-minute drive. If you enjoy hiking, don't miss the beautiful Pima Canyon Trail that is only 5 minutes away (but does not allow dogs). Many museums and botanical gardens are also within a 5 to15-minute drive, and the nearby St. Philips Plaza is a great venue with restaurants and live music 5 or 6 nights/week. Really an ideal location and property, especially if you have a dog. We would definitely stay here if in Tucson again.

My wife and I spent the month of February in Scott and Svetlana’s guest house. They were very cordial and accommodating. The house was as advertised. Everything we needed or wanted was there and it was ideally located. The house is outside of the city and very private We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of wildlife that frequented the backyard. As remote as it may have seemed, we were no more than twenty-five minutes from the city proper and only a couple of minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend a stay in Scott and Svetlana’s casita.

Great Casita With Everything!

Relaxing and riding under the Saguaros

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casas Adobes. The location was close to the bike path and amenities, while still being nice and quiet. We slept really well here, and enjoyed watching the wildlife and the beautiful sunsets oner the wash. Thanks Scott and Svetlana!

Hidden little gem

Scott and Svetlana’s little casita was just what we were looking for. Wonderful, secluded location, but very close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. The casita is small but very efficient, with wonderful sunlight. The grounds are loaded with beautiful cactus and trees and the occasional spotting of coyote, javelinas, and quail. The property backs up to a draw, which is great for walking with your dog. The owners are very responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again if available.

Pleasant, Serene Stay!

My adult son and I had a wonderful experience at Casa Adobes. This fully functional one bedroom unit was clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive prior to our arrival and we're pleased to say we didn't need anything while there (3 nights). The serene outdoors with saguaro cacti offered a great space for basking in the sun, and an especially beautiful view at night. We were very comfortable and can't wait to come back. This location and the hosts are highly recommended.

Perfect location for our Tucson visit

We came to Tucson for hiking, biking and birding and this was a great location for accessing those activities. Scott and Svetlana were wonderful hosts and provided us information about local trails. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the back patio and heard and saw coyotes while there. The kitchenette was well stocked and we especially appreciated having a washer and dryer since we are on an extended trip. We will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.
