Notre maison de vacances 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain en bas de Newport Beach est depuis longtemps une destination estivale préférée pour les vacances de plage chères en famille sur la 35e rue. Nous avons eu le privilège d'accueillir plusieurs des mêmes groupes familiaux année après année. Et maintenant, pour la première fois, ce duplex est disponible en location saisonnière toute l'année!

BUANDERIE: Buanderie partagée le long de la passerelle latérale
PARKING: 1 espace prévu dans double carport partagé; accueille la plupart des véhicules (certains SUV). Le stationnement général dans la rue peut également être utilisé lorsqu'il est disponible (avec ou sans compteur).

LIEU: Le meilleur de tous est la proximité de la plage très populaire de la 35e rue: bien connue pour son grand surf et son rivage accueillant. Un favori local de longue date, il y en a pour tous les goûts ici! Chaque commodité imaginable est à distance de marche de cette maison: de l'épicerie Pavillons bien approvisionnée et divers restaurants à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons, à la zone animée et pittoresque de Newport Pier à 12 pâtés de maisons, et tant d'autres destinations entre les deux, y compris les banques, une pharmacie, une salle de cinéma pleine grandeur, des restaurants et des magasins pour tous les âges. Les clients peuvent garer leur voiture une fois et ne plus les utiliser avant le jour du départ!
La promenade en bord de mer, qui s'étend sur près de 6 miles de la péninsule, facilite un excellent couloir de transport pour les piétons et les vélos. C'est le meilleur moyen de se déplacer en ville pour éviter tout problème de stationnement et de circulation!

Draps: Tous les draps / salle de bain / cuisine / draps de plage pour le nombre maximum d'invités sont fournis dans le cadre des frais de nettoyage / linge et sont joliment installés.

Loved how easy it was to walk to the beach (obviously). But also amazing to be able to walk for coffee, lunch, dinner, even the grocery store. Perfect location.

Fantastic Property

We have been vacationing in Newport Beach twice a year for the past 15 years. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in. Great location, lots of room, clean and updated. Beachview realty made sure everything was perfect. Easy check-in and out. Will definitely stay here again!

Beach so close.

55 paces to the boardwalk, 4 miles long, great walking and sunning location. The beach is not busy in January, the house is quiet. We loved it.

Wonderful but too short vacation

The property was comfortable from every detail. The short walk to the beach and dining was convenient. We met our neighbors and they were hospitible and helpful with dining recomendations. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Be sure to try the Steak Cut Calamari, best i ever had

Perfect family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous beach house. The location is unbeatable. You could hear the waves crashing in your sleep and walk ability superb. The home itself was low maintenance and very clean with an open kitchen and tons of natural light. Incredible patio for gathering with family and very friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this beach home!

Family memories and convenience

The property was clean and had everything we needed. 1 minute walk to the beach with grocery store and restaurants a short distance away. Perfect for kids, families and friends. The management was available for questions and responded quickly to an urgent matter. We were so appreciative for the kindness and urgency of our needs. We plan to be back to this property.

Newport Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and the location is excellent. Only downfall with staying this close to the beach is parking. Even though there is a parking spot we could not park our F150 truck in the spot provided. We arrived on a Sunday and had to drive around for at least 45 minutes to find a parking spot. Week days we could park in front of the VRBO.

would recommend this unit to anyone

Very clean and updated. I always look for a beach house that doesn't require crossing a busy road to get to the sand and this one was perfect, maybe 50 yards to the sand? Pretty much as per listing and looks like the pictures. Parking space fit our Ford Expedition. Only complaint would have been the slow and sometimes non-existent internet, could just need a re-boot but we didn't need it enough to ask. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Overall, one of the best beach houses I've ever booked.

Family Holiday Visit

We found the property to be exactly as presented on the VRBO website. Check-in process was clear, concise, and easy to accomplish. Glad there was garage parking. Unit was very clean and the amenities provided were as promised. Suggest maybe some instructions or clarifications regarding use of the TV streaming services. Do you use your personal accounts, etc? Bed and furniture was all comfortable. Proximity to the beach/sand was superb. Being able to walk to stores and eateries a plus too. No noise issues. Neighborhood was quiet and folks were respectful. We had a great time and looking forward to a returen visit in the future.

Love this house!

We stayed during Labor Day weekend and it was great! The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and family room. The open patio is a great area during the evening time. 35th street was a fun place to be with a lot of action but it did quiet down at night which was nice. Walking distance of Gina's pizza, Chipotle, Von's, and some taco place which was convenient. Parking was difficult so it was great to park the car and leave it. This house just has the basics so make sure to bring your own nonstick spray, salt/pepper, aluminum foil. It was well stocked with pots/pans/cutting boards/even a pancake grill! It did get warm but there were fans in every room which helped move the air around. There were enough towels which was great! I would definitely not hesitate to rent his house again!
